Word of advise. Install the baby safety latches on all your cabinets. Everyone in your family is old enough to know how to disengage them, to open the cabinets, but the latches will keep your food stuff, pots, dinnerware etc. from tumbling out of your cabinets as you drive to where you’re going to camp. It’s a cheap item but a lifesaver. Love you guys and look forward to each post.

If you plan to use wood for the backsplash then be sure to paint both sides and all edges. I have a (particle board) bead board backsplash in my kitchen and I was diligent in painting ALL surfaces and it has lasted perfectly for years. 🤘

Gunner makes me really miss my Bassett Hound that passed 3 years ago. Her name was Reo and her ashes are right here in a special spot. I love Bassetts! Yours is a cutie. Trailer looking really good.

You should paint the wall before so you don’t get a paint line when you paint up to the backsplash. I didn’t do that when I did my camper bathroom backsplash, but I did in my kitchen, and it looks more seamless and clean if you paint the wall that will be showing before putting in the backsplash.

I always wondered why they didn’t strip the whole thing, scrub , paint and then started w a fresh canvas! Lots of dirt n grime still left inside! You guys do

I was thinking a backsplash similar to your wood quilt would be a nice tie in. Maybe something in smaller wood "scraps" or incorporating the colors. I could envision that looking beautiful and very Boho!

I had to laugh when you had Gunner painting. Once when I was painting , my dog ( he was just a little over a year old ) licked paint out of the can. Gunner is going to love camping. Our poodle climbs in our Class B RV when we have it parked close to the house when we are cleaning or packing it for a trip. She gets all excited if we tell her we are going on a road trip 🐶🤣

We definitely deserved this awesome weather today!!! Gunner is the star...though if I'm not mistaken, Philip got a haircut and is looking very dapper!!! The white uppers look perfect in your space. I personally don't use white in my decor ever, but I can appreciate it in someone else's home.

Just tossing out an idea or two. I would continue the stencil all the way to the other wall and add more white to the bathroom door to keep it from competing. And for the bench seat with the table. The bench in the back could have the entire backrest on hinges and magnet latches. When you drop down the table and the backrest here is your spot for bedding. 🙂 love this series

Looks like Phil got a “quarantine” hair cut lol I gave one to my husband the other day.
I haven't read all the comments here. For extra storage, I would suggest using the space-bags system. All you would need is a little vacuum cleaner with a little hose (which you may have considered having a little vacuum anyway) to suck out the air after you've retrieved what you needed from the space-bag. Keeps bugs and dirt out too!
You might check when buying tires for tires with wheels. When we got new tires on our camper it was only about $10 more for tires with new wheels.
Yup we got the same deal too look for those deals.
Still peeling wallpaper Philip 😩😩😩😜. Poor guy !!! Man, that bathroom door is BEAUTIFUL and the couch looks SOOO cozy to sit on. !!! I just love, love, love the stencilling. Wow !!! I want to actually do that in our boho home. It's all bohemian oranges, beige, green, blue and red. Your boys will love their beds. Your pup is ADORABLE !!! Awww !!! Much love you two !!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I just had an idea~ You could hinge the bottom of the seat back, attach a horizontal board or scrap countertop to the top and the whole thing tips forward for access

I know you want to keep the existing faucet because it's still serviceable, but !!!Elysia!!! the kitchen would look even MORE AMAZING with a new one. I'd love to see one in a gold tone to complement the rest of your hardware. You have taken so much out of the landfills with all your beautiful Trash to Treasure projects that I think Mother Earth would give you a "free pass" if you buy a new faucet for this very personal project.
