Absolutely not! I believe in educational selling. The patient decides what is best for them after they have all of the information. No pressure over here!
@gregmckinley5178 Our job is to educate. Like doc said we give pts options ABC they get to decide whats best for them. I don't pressure my pt's. Also, my notes are extremely detailed. I write everything i discuss with my pts and what the pt tells me. We are not all bad😊
Unfortunately these days most dentists main priority at least in the U.S. is making money like any other business. There are those rare gem providers out there who put the health of the patient first and they also tend to be in very high demand and have very successful practices. Too bad more in this profession couldn’t learn from their examples but then not everyone who gets into this profession has the empathy and caring to be able to do that.
What do you struggle most with in treatment plan presentations?
Very helpful! Can you please make exemples of the dialogue you do with your patient please
This video was extremely helpful. Thank you, Dr. Smith!
