We market to Moms with kids and teens so one of ours is a PDF titled "When Should Your Child See An Orthodontist". We also have a smile quiz that parents can take to see if their child needs an orthodontist. If you are trying to attract whitening patients, as an example, you could compare and contrast whitening methods...or do's and don'ts of whitening. If you want more implant patients you could create something about replacing missing teeth. Looking to attract healthy middle-aged people..."The Ultimate Guide To Keeping Your Teeth For Life". I could go on and on. Your imagination is the only limit.

Also, thy can look up location on Google. Being too kind is annoying as well, it can send out desperation vibes if u offer help in things that r a no brainer, like directions. And trying to get whole family in is also a desperation. It's annoying.

Hello Dr. Jennifer. I live in Macdowall, Saskatchewan. One hr away from Saskatoon. I wore a partial plate for many yrs as I use to play sports hence loosing a few teeth. Recently I almost choked to my death on it therefore will not put that or another one in my mouth again. I'd like to get implants. Although my health benefits only cover 2000.00 a year. I would have to make a payment plan as my husband and I are still building our home in the country and new corrals and a barn for my horses. Therefore we need someone who can work with us. For me, personality and willingness to learn are everything! Skills can be trained. We routinely hire receptionists with no dental experience at all and they tend to do amazingly well if they have the right attitude. I think your chances are great!!!

Absolutely not! I believe in educational selling. The patient decides what is best for them after they have all of the information. No pressure over here!

I walked out of a dental office because of this

​@gregmckinley5178 Our job is to educate. Like doc said we give pts options ABC they get to decide whats best for them. I don't pressure my pt's. Also, my notes are extremely detailed. I write everything i discuss with my pts and what the pt tells me. We are not all bad😊
