@@alonahsegree use a parent or friends card to replace the debit card you have on your cashapp already and get them to cash out. They can then send you ur money. That’s the easiest way out I found
If you can not get a picture of the BACK of your ID what I did was turn on phone flashlight on my other phone and shined it down just right. Back of my ID is white and I had it on a black background I had to move the camera and other phone flashlight around just a little bit but I got it to work hopefully that will work for some of you. I do agree it is pretty stupid how they have this set up but try that out wish yall luck

You can't withdrawal or have any incoming deposits if you can't get verified. I'm not sure if sending BTC to another $cashtag requires verification or not, haven't tried it. But if you can always SELL the BTC you bought, and withdraw the Cash it puts on your CA balance to your debit card.
