It’s about like 5-6 I think but they would shed like hmm 3-4 times each month? I’m not sure but if it’s not shedding just wait a while it’s still pretty young
My beardie loves his tree since we brought him home...he still loves to sleep on it half the time...he plays on it too...he runs up and jumps off and does it over and over as if he is playing

@@yourdailymotivation709 just from common tips I've seen in videos it might be the husbandry. My beardie never really had issues with eating to any extreme. But I did see a difference when I got appropriate lighting. If that temp is off I guess they are trying to conserve all energy to keep warm and will skip eating. I hour that helped!
@@QUADacityLyfe I got 2 lights in there a heating bulb that keep the hot side of the tank at 95-105 and a long uvb light he eats like maybe 1 or 2 crickets a day when I am not there and he still poops looks healthy just not eating as much as he should
So its my beardies first week, she's about 4 months, been doing feeders, leaving collard greens and carrots and as far as I can tell the tank is set up well. Shes had stress marks under her beard and belly and she's darker. Defecating regularly, temps are good in tank. What can I do?
@@biancagalvan7923 in my experience now it was definitely just her being stressed about the move, and my house isn't exactly tranquil all the time so there was a lot to get her used to. Just give the little one some time to adjust, try to let them see you doing random activities as much as possible around them without directly interacting, etc.

one thing i noticed is loud noises really scare the hell out of them. my phone was going through the facebook reels automatically when I was walking by and kendrick lamar's not like us was on in the background and came through louder than normal for some reason and my bearded dragon has been super freaked out since then. Im going to keep my phone away from it as much as possible just as a precaution now. My bearded dragon is also sleep pressed against the glass hanging out its water bowl now and it never did that. It only ate one dubia roach today too. smh

I got mine at 10 wks, he acts very similar to this when I attempt to touch him. I’ve only had him going on 1.5 weeks but what do I do when he NEEDS a bath but we haven’t bonded yet? I obviously don’t want to just grab him, he starting to let me put my hand close to him, sometimes attempts to hand feed from feeding tweezers etc but not often. I read online about this stuff but its not accurate. Its not stuck out, it goes back in. Could this be parasites? I'm asking because I dont get paid for a few days and I'm worried. Please help! From what I've been reading, babies need ~70% protein and ~30% greens. This ratio switches when they are adults. To get the babies to eat greens, you might need to try different kinds to see what they like. Make sure the pieces are smaller than the space between their eyes. If they have other food that they are eating, you can try to mix the greens in. Babies need a lot of protein because they grow very quickly, so they tend not to go for the greens as much. I have a baby bearded dragon that I’m pretty sure just got done shedding her whole body but is still very stressed. Idk if the lighting is too hot or too cold, the hot side of the tank is around 90-102 degrees and 80 on the cold side, and she eats around 20-30 crickets a day. Mines in shed and whenever I handle mine,hes fine,but just let them run around you,like on your arm and your neck,just let them explore more,if yours keeps running away then just put him back in the enclosure,dont always be holding him in one spot

Charizard is running away from me and hiding from me too. :( I love giving him kisses and hold him a lot. Since the day I brought him home...he's also in shed. Is that why he's not wanting to be handled by me?
Mines in shed and whenever I handle mine,hes fine,but just let them run around you,like on your arm and your neck,just let them explore more,if yours keeps running away then just put him back in the enclosure,dont always be holding him in one spot
@@mirnaguitron3346 I dont have that problem with Charizard anymore hes gotten used to me and is bonded to me. But my last post was when he was still a month old. Hes 5 months old now.
