It's the water temperature sensor. Just replace o ring. You can get a box at harbor freight for 5 dollars has a bunch of different sizes, but I think it's like .090 thick and 5/16 inside hole. I've replaced mine before .
I read in another video that the guy's coolant sprayed on the starter solenoid or whatever so he had to buy a new starter, maybe that might be your issue
No offense, but why do you keep buying the ones made in China and not go directly through the dealer like I did and it's made in germany. I had to replace my first one after a 150000 miles. And it was also made in Germany as well. So I don't imagine this other one will fail before the engine
Was changing out my coolant reservoir and the end of the bleeder hose broke off inside the water outlet so now i have to replace the water outlet for the 4th time piece of shit indeed
Im ordering the aluminum version of this part. No more plastic.
I do you have the part number please? Thanks
@@MU5CL3 perfect no leaks, no silicone. used the rubber o ring gasket to seal.

Thanks for the comment, I'm glad I could help someone out there.
What's that hose clamp tool you have? Seems pretty handy versus me cursing with needle nose pliers for 20 minutes.
W80656
😂 Yup. I did the same.
What did you use to remove the three bolts?
Should be an E10
Where can I get your clamp remover at !?
what did you use and how did you clean the engine surface so the new gasket would sit tightly?
Gasket scraper or a drywall spatula (3 inch).
A little bit of fine steel wool.
What is the last hose you took off called?
Thank you!! 🙏🏽
Can I add some gasket sealant
Thx brother
what is the sensor on the housing? I think I have a leak at the sensor O-ring.

I haven't seen a metal one for cruze, I have for sonic. You don't have a part number do you.
They have aluminium outlet that will never break.
How much do they cost?
It varies about 30$ give or take on Amazon
Sweet
Had the same issue with my 2013 Chevy Tax, why did GM use this piece of plastic garbage! 🤬🤬🤬

One very important question is do you know JESUS CHRIST AS YOUR PERSONAL LORD AND SAVIOR?
