So, when I saw this on Instagram, I was like: "What the hell!" Then I saw the videos here and was seriously impressed! Innovation, out-of-the-box, ideas going on here in this channel! Congrats Paul on this piece. I just want to see the dude, with the huevos to swing this masterpiece! Keep it coming boss! Seriously!
suggestion: demonstrate your work. the hammer build was fun but i want to see it perform. same with the press. you have a neat and clean technique but i want to see metal being moved. this is my problem with greedy people who horde anvils in a collection. they are useless unless they are being used. nice documentation and presentation. nice pile of s7 too :)
Great idea to cut down on the number of hammers you have to switch between on projects. How much does she weigh, and what price would you sell one like it for? Fellow blacksmith/bladesmith in Ohio here, trying to get my shop running again.
great craftsmanship. First time on this channel. I must say after watching that my debate on what tool to build first a power hammer or a press. It has to be a press now for sure Wow! Thanks for the video.
Dang, how much does that weigh? I don't know how practical this hammer is, but it sure is cool and I'd say it would sell pretty high as a collector's item! Very skillfully done! I always enjoy seeing fellow skilled blacksmiths, especially from the younger generations! Keep up the good work!
I had the idea to make exactly this, and proposed it to Alec Steele, without success. I'm so happy to see that you made it a reality. And... you just got yourself a new susbcriber!
Dayum Paul! Crazy idea but pulled off with a solid approach! The weight? Now make a video where you only use the Fourplex Hammer! Great work Little Brother!
I had a similar hammer for a while, I found that the width made it awkward to control and it was difficult to see the work round the sides of the head. The round handle wasn't comfortable. Someone gave me forty quid for it on ebay. Nicely made though.
One more head and you could hit all your finders at one time. Great job as usual. I love it. The only thing that would have made it sweeter was if made from plysteel!!!
Hi Paul this hammer shape surely caught our attention to come see hey what is this hammer to do and can we learn form this great Pinto build? We think so so we are here and we are watching and as non forge guys sure to learn a ting or two about making a great forged hammer we have never seen before. We realize your hammer press is (we think from watching other forge channels)a 3 open sided one are we learning here? Thank you for sharing insight with us, we enjoy the opportunity to learn what you are creating and doing. To us and it is fine, it looks tough to swing more of a mallet or is that what the build is. Lance & Patrick.
As a hobbyists smith I have 2 reactions to this. First: ok that’s an interesting idea. Second: why? For Gods sake why? It wouldn’t really be usable and hammer control would go right out the window. That said, it is very pretty work.
You stole my idea. Good thing. I couldn't make one that nice. How much does it weigh? Please make s video of using it. I think everyone of us who has seen this video is drooling to see this hammer in action. Are you planning on selling them? Price? Nice work Paul.
One of the many advantages of living in an Asian country is the ease of obtaining supplies, materials, or have items manufactured. I loved the ease of shopping in Singapore where we resided for 3 years.
andrei hurr I don’t know I think if he made it smaller/lighter there may be some potential. If balance and weight wasn’t an issue, what would be the problem with it?
Hey very cool build!, How did you come up with the idea? Because it occurred to me this is similar to an old design of farriers turning hammer which has a small crosspein and clipping hammer on each cheek, you don't see many at all so was very intrigued to see your video!
What wicked cool idea!
Thank you!!
the forbidden hammer
Who said a hammer only had to have 2 sides? I love this idea!! Great work!
Thank you!!
Good stuff. I love seeing the new press in action.

Thanks Mac! I’m glad you like it👊👊
Wow that's a beast! Like some 14th century battle hammer war club! Great work Paul thank bro Anthony Kent
Thanks man!! I’m glad you like it👊
Or a WW1 trench club ;-)
No, seriously, that was awesome !
4-sided hammer:
+10 to smithing
+20 to damage
+50 to charisma.
Really hope you show a video of it being used. It would be cool to see it complete a one heat forging step utilizing all 4 sides.
Your skill is superb bro!
I really like your editing and music, especially the music.
Would've been cool to see you use it at the end.
Agreed
*try to use it
We all expect to see you using this HAMMMMER!!!
Thanks for sharing your work
I definitely will! Thanks for watching!
That's awesome! I mostly make knives and don't have a stamp mark yet so will go check them out, thanks for the inspiration mate 👍 👍 👍

Super dope work sir
Thanks man!

Good idea bro 👍👍👍👍🔨🔨🔨
Thanks man!
Only issue I think you'll run into is balance. But looks like a fun project xD I like unique hammers and different types of tools. Good shit man!
Haven't watched yet, already loving it
Haha thanks!!
Great Video, You have earned yourself a subscriber.

Enjoyed watching you make it but sure wouldn't want to use it all day and gave a Thumbs Up also
WOW, what a great idea.
Thank you!!
Excelente trabalho, brutal
Heck of an idea, but how practical is it in use?
Mr. Pinto..the visionary #Tremendous
Thanks man!

incredible
cool hammer
Any footage of it in use ,I mean aside from you pulling the forging off clean it looks way to heavy and awkward to be practical
✌🏽
I had the idea to make exactly this, and proposed it to Alec Steele, without success. I'm so happy to see that you made it a reality. And... you just got yourself a new susbcriber!
Nice one m8
Hammer Perfection
Thank you!!
Now that's a hammer 🔨
Mike Jeffers 👊👊👍
Haha Paul. Great video!
thank you!
looks sweet! how does it handle?
OMG man, so cooooooool work. i love it
So creative! Hope you had a fun time at Jimmy's. Cheers! : )
Thor must be very happy
твёрдая , сильная рука!
отличное видео
прекрасные творения👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
ps с реальным звуком лучше.
Did you skip 3 sided?
I mean thats more useful as a mace , but very well done good job
Do you have a video of this tool in use ? It’s quite innovative but I’m not a fan of multi use tools they always seem to disappoint
Does the weight out to the sides make it hit as weird as I think it would?
It’s actually not that bad
Useful or not, still a pretty nice build. Great attention to detail.
thats the hammer officer
Dayum Paul! Crazy idea but pulled off with a solid approach! The weight? Now make a video where you only use the Fourplex Hammer! Great work Little Brother!
Процессор конечно лопух но аппаратура принем, принеммм😂😂😂.
Дред Судья I hope you was smiling when you typed that Pilgrim. From a South Texas Ranch.
Thanks man I’m glad you like it! I think it’s around 7 pounds and I will!
Paul Pinto Do you mean 7KG? looks like it would be well over 7 pounds..
Haha no it’s definitely not that heavy it’s around 7 pounds
More of a mace than a hammer!
Muy bien forjado, pero poco práctico, mas bien parece el arma de un héroe de cómic. Así y todo: ¡¡GOOD JOB!!
Interesting exercise in forging but as an actual usable tool?
I had a similar hammer for a while, I found that the width made it awkward to control and it was difficult to see the work round the sides of the head. The round handle wasn't comfortable. Someone gave me forty quid for it on ebay.
Nicely made though.
Just curious, is the handle likely to fail? Especially in the plain parallel to the grain of the handle?
One more head and you could hit all your finders at one time. Great job as usual. I love it. The only thing that would have made it sweeter was if made from plysteel!!!
Lmao that’s funny! But thank you! It would look better if it was plysteel haha
I want one one cool hammer 👍
Hi Paul this hammer shape surely caught our attention to come see hey what is this hammer to do and can we learn form this great Pinto build? I would love to see the grain structure of the hammerhead(s).
As a hobbyists smith I have 2 reactions to this. First: ok that’s an interesting idea. Second: why? For Gods sake why? It wouldn’t really be usable and hammer control would go right out the window. That said, it is very pretty work.
Good idea they will steal your idea
When ya get tired of trying to find your hammers just make 1 hammer to rule them all. Suppose it does save some room in the tool chest as well
You stole my idea. Good thing. I couldn't make one that nice. How much does it weigh? Please make s video of using it. I think everyone of us who has seen this video is drooling to see this hammer in action. Are you planning on selling them? Price?
Nice work Paul.

Dafaq does that have to do with the video?!
Personally I think you’re on to something that could be very useful!
i disagree, while it looks cool it is like a multi-tool. kinda shit at doing anything well
andrei hurr I don’t know I think if he made it smaller/lighter there may be some potential. If balance and weight wasn’t an issue, what would be the problem with it?
@@SharpWorks Obviously as an art piece it's cool but for practical use, I feel as though you'd be better off just having 4 hammers.
Got one for sale?
Nice. Smart. How about weight and balance?
Очень хорошо. Удачи!
Thor should use this hammer in his next movie!
Hey very cool build!, How did you come up with the idea? Because it occurred to me this is similar to an old design of farriers turning hammer which has a small crosspein and clipping hammer on each cheek, you don't see many at all so was very intrigued to see your video!
Is it any practical at all or is it just more for show?
cool! how much does it weigh?
Thanks! And I’m not exactly sure but probably around 7 pounds
🤔 will you be forging 4 things at once with this ? 😁 nice one Paul 👍
Hahah thank you!
Weight?
,a conversation piece? Looks as easy to swing as a wet sofa.
Haha it’s just for fun it’s not the most practical hammer
great work, very interesting ... and the balance? It was good to use?
How well balanced is the swing?
It’s actually not that bad haha
I am a blacksmith my self and I have herd one tool can't do it all but what about this one lol 😂
Muy buena herramienta hermano 💪👀🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
How much does it weigh?
I’m not exactly sure but around 7 pounds
Blacksmiths zompocalypse weapon.
