I really like what you did for the frame. I may have to borrow the idea. If not for the two I’m building now, then definitely for the serious mower once I have used my mrk 1 for a season.
I even like your paint scheme. Personally I prefer Chevy Eng Orange. But I’ll take that orange.
Tip the next time you paint in poor conditions. If you can, have the metal warmed as much as possible. Definitely the paint warm as well. Then once you get a coat on, hit it with a torch or flame. You obviously understand what was going on with degassing, but I have done this with quite a lot of success when it was necessary. If the work piece is too large to heat up inside you can heat soak it with that torch beforehand as well if it’s thin enough. Sadly with spray paint if it is too cold there’s no way I know of to get a good layer without separation.
Sorry for too much txt. I never know when to stop.
Thanks again for the content. I can’t wait to see this in action.

I appreciate the paint tips! It's def not my thing... I can make it work but usually I ride the struggle bus... The frame and shorter wheelbase is huge. The pivot really helps control. Building these things is fun. You can make your own by taking what you like from others. There are tons of them on TH-cam. Most of them are very similar for sure. I enjoy that someone is watching through my vids. There's a lot of info in them for sure. I'm always hoping someone will find ambition or ideas for their own use. It's how I built this one. Enjoy your building. I'll share with the channel how well it moves soon. It was worth the effort.
