It will remain on BBC Sounds (Audio only) for the next 46 Days according to the app. Interestingly I have found out BBC Radio/BBC Sounds is not geo locked like BBC Iplayer is as its not covered by the license fee restrictions. This means that BBC Sounds is available worldwide to anyone who wants it outside the UK 🤯 It may ask for a BBC Account login but even outside the UK it is attainable & free! All they will ask for is your Age, Email & Country, you then can listen to live radio & it's library (There are many Big Finish Doctor Who audio adventures on BBC Sounds avaliable for free on there inc 10th Docs with Donna btw) RTD has confirmed the Prom will be available in-vision at Xmas on TV/Iplayer
Yes, most stuff is available to listen to internationally on BBC sounds. Not ALWAYS though. There is the option when uploading audio to the system to geo lock individual programmes or episodes which might need to be done if there are rights issues. Although usually a version without the music etc… will be uploaded instead.
Like others have pointed out. I spotted you during the interval but it took me a double take and then you were gone aha. Glad you had a great time! It was a wonderful experience for sure.
I wish I could have gone! I went to the last one back in 2013 (in a handmade TARDIS dress no less!), and it was great fun! I've listened to this one on Sounds, and loved it! Sounds like you all had a good time.
Love that you went in a TARDIS dress! Bet that looked great! I’ve seen a few of those and they are always impressive. Hopefully it won’t be 11 years until the next one of these and you’ll get to go again.
It’s almost impossible to keep the two of them on task when they are in the same room. 😄 And then impossible for me to keep my train of thought. I forgot to mention to much like Catherine Tate and her hilarious auto-que fumbles!
If you ever get the chance I’d highly recommend it. Tickets weren’t even that expensive but obviously if you’re not UK and nr London based that aspect of it is probably prohibitive.
They finally did the iconic Proms. I love the ceremonial and orchestrated feel even though I never attended one myself. And it's the most legacy stuff we got in a while besides the stuff in Big Finish and comics. Must've been a wholesome family moment 💙💙
Are you London based? Come down to BFI tomorrow if you are. Plenty of people go to bar after even if they haven’t gone to the screening. I’ll be doing that myself as am actually at a matinee at the National Theatre while the BFI screening is on.
@@CulturePhilter i’m not i’m afraid. i’m based in sheffield so train ticket prices would be very expensive for me. i was going to go to the BFI screening if it was Remembrance but they picked a different story so i decided against it.
Dad goals 💛
Hi Paige! Lovely to hear the channel CEO giving live direction to your staff! Sounds like a good time had by all x
Yes she’s taken on a more behind the scenes role these days. She likes pressing the record button. Handy to have a camera person (and director) 😄
I listened to it on BBC sounds with headphones, sounded like a really good show. Glad you and your family had a good day out.🙂
Yes it was lots of fun. Would highly recommend going if they do one in future years. Hope you enjoyed it on BBC Sounds
@CulturePhilter I really enjoyed it thank you, will deffo have to go next time.😁
Just went there after seeing your comment, and I'm glad I was able to hear it. Thanks!
@@Jansenbaker I hope you enjoyed it.🙂

Ì love that you decided to put this out! Chaotic yes but incredibly cute!

I saw you at the prom during the interval but didn't say hello 😂
I'm glad you two had an amazing time!
Ah, you should have done. 🙂 hope you had a fantastic time too.
I listened to some of the music on youtube. It must have been really cool to be there live!
It was indeed. Very impressive
Would love to have attended something like this.
Very sweet video 😊

Was great indeed. The Royal Albert Hall is such an impressive venue too.
i’m really sad to have missed out, if only to have also met some people that i know from here and twitter.

Anita Dobson
THATS it! Can’t believe I went blank on her name
@@CulturePhilter It's ok! When you blanked, I said "Lindsay Duncan" 🤦♀

He certainly is… if a little chaotic.
