So here it is. After four weeks of my computer eating shit over and over and my job in full swing again, the 9th episode has been released. I tried to fit in as many short skits under a minute as I could in this episode without it being TOO random. After all, random doesn't always mean funny.

Years later and I still get the gut wrenching laugh I once did. What a great show, displaying how creative minds can embrace the sandbox, and what a great one to begin with. Supreme goofiness, lighthearted humor, ridiculous and creativity, all in one, and I can only imagine that producing these was ultimately a joy. The work you put out and brought to life with your people will be one to remember. May the Gmod Idiot Box live on forever.
Couldn't have said it any better. Every single episode is well worth waiting for.
The key to successful humor is not taking oneself too seriously. So many people try way too hard to be funny, and what results is just...forced. That said, the former is what is so great about this series and why it's so damn funny, it's not trying too hard to be somethig it's not. Each episode was made just for a quick and stupid laugh and the creator knew it from the start and embraced it dearly, that mindset was the whole point of the series in general. Sure a joke or two here and there had been beaten to death already and weren't all that funny, and I do feel the earlier episodes are way better (then again, only so many episodes a creator can make of something like this without losing some integrity due to lack of creativity), but in the end I feel it was an awesome series, one that even years after it was made, I still find myself coming back and rewatching the whole thing back to back for hours.
I think the episodes after this became too random.

It's actually a reference to earlier in the series, when Eddie declares he'll kill anyone who makes fun of him and the guy in front of him just calls him crazy, to which he makes the same face again. The fact he turns around and everything is a direct call back.
If my kids ever ask me what I have watched on youtube back when I was a kid, I would definitely come up with this one.

I think this was the most recent Idiot Box when I started watching it... it was late in, I know. But I also know I was around 11 when I watched... now I'm 22. This is still some of the best comedy, and I haven't seen it in a few years. For watching it so much when I was younger, I forgot so much!
