Pioneer avic 920bt update and problem

I have a pioneer-8000nex I tried to update it didn't work now it's stuck how do I fix that

I think you have to start engine and after that update your sistem, I have tried this way but It didn't work, So now I'm going to buy the latest version of update. It costs 20-25$ on ebay, Have you bought it?

No I haven't tried to do that I called Pioneer about an update and they told me I had to send the radio in

But I did try this I have the 5000nex it has a SD card inside under the CD player I took it out and put it in the 8000nex and it works

Same problems - this pioneer sucks and support sucks. New radio needed - not pioneer.
