Keep calm guys, it gets better: I haven't been able to taste anything for about 16 days a part from salty / sweet . On top of that I was experiencing diarrhea and tiredness too. Some of my clients and relatives reported the same symptoms and that's when I have realized it's actually more common than what we think. I'm super healthy, I am never sick and I take no medication at all as my immune system is quite strong. So, eventually I started panicking as no one was able to describe causes, duration, treatments for my symptoms. Unfortunately despite identifying anosmia and dysgeusia as signs of COVID-19, experiencing these symptoms alone will not yet qualify you for a test here in Madrid- Spain. Since 3 days ago I started to smell again about 75% . My recommendation : self-isolatation and quarantine for about 14 days. Be aware, If you do experience a loss of smell, take care because there are dangers such as not being able to smell a gas leak, or perceive rotten milk or rancid food ( thank you for this video btw) .So, keep calm and carry on as you are basically getting stronger 💪🏼.
Bla Bla Bla I pretty much have the same thing you did,,, I had a upset stomach all the time,,,Some nausea almost bloating feeling sore throat for a little while runny nose and sneezes and it’s been three weeks and no taste or smell and extreme tiredness with some lightheadedness and dizziness
35 days here with barely any smell or taste, really dry nose all the time, its very uncomfortable... i also had the pain in the back of the eyes, headaches....may god be with us all

@@robertcampbell8054 Hi Robert, Sorry you are going through this. Just know that it is normal whenever you get a upper respiratory infection. It took me about 10 days to get my senses back. It was small steps so aboit 14 days to get them back 100%. Boil some cinnamon sticks, stir occasionally. Once boiled, turn off and smell the steam of the water for 15 mins. You can always pour the water in a big bowl and sit down on your table and inhale the steam. Also. Place very acidic fruits/vegatbles on yoir tongue. Cut a green lemon and rub it on your tougue for 5 mins. Bite down like you would an orange and spit out the juices. Rinse out with warm water. Drink hot teas with fresh ginger, cinnamon stick and garlic. Peal a teeth of garlic and peal some ginger like you would a carrot. Boil all 3 things then serve. All a slice of lemon and honey. This all help me get my senses back. The tea you can drink as much as you want. The lemon trick do it twice per day. The steam trick do you every time you make tea. I really hope you read this all and actually do some of these things. Im not a tea person myself but I had to get it done. Stay away from heavy sugars and caffeine for the time being too. I love coffee but my health comes first. Please let me know if you have any questions. Im praying for you!

My nose isn't stuffy but i can't smell anything, my sinus has this extremely painful feeling that comes and goes. It kind of feels like a burning sensation. Cold air makes it worse. I get dizzy when i lean my head foward or move my head around alot. I've had this for a week now and it's not going away. I just wanna be able to feel normal again ..
Yes. Cold air make it worst. Buy an humidifier from Vicks. Place it in a small room or your room and sleep with it on overnight. Also boil some tea. Ginger, garlic and cinnamon sticks. Inhale the steam for 5 mins. Then pour in a cup and add a slice of yellow lemon and honey. Im praying for you! Good luck. Also ask me any question you may have. I went through this and got my senses back. You are not alone. Bless.

Hi, I’ve lost my sense of smell since March 26. Still can’t smelling burning matches or spoiled food. Check out this wonderful organization. Abscent.org from UK, founded 5 years ago. A huge source of info, smell training, etc. Take care. 🐬
Glad to see more people making videos on olfactory training as a potential tool to help with this! The body has an amazing ability to heal!
