I need the name of that vibratey ear tool thing please! I'm seeing so much about the vagus nerve and am separately finding the rest of your website super helpful as I'm a singing teacher in training. Fascinating stuff! I also have anxiety and an inflammatory disease (related to lupus) so this is all coming together for me.

Hello! Not sure if you'll see this, but I am in need of your help. On your website you have the Maladjusted Jester Sheet Music from the original movie The Court Jester. Is there any way in this world you could transcribe all of the music from the movie onto sheet music for an orchestra?

Hello, are you right handed by any chance? I am not certain but as a yoga instructor I have observed right handed people immediately relax when they tip the head to the right, and lefties to the left. Coincidentally righties place the phone onto their left ear lefties on the other side. The "relaxing side" can be observed by asking someone to talk about something that is stressful in their life (an in law, work, taxes) for 2 minutes. One can observe that person's head start to tilt in one direction. Then, you ask them to talk about an endearing thing (children, pets, favorite beach or vacation spot, favorite food). Suddenly the person's head will tip over to the other side. When people say a person's face "lights up" it usually means their face and gaze turned to that relaxation side. People look attractive in that side too. Women know instinctively and always tilt their head to that side in selfies.

It was very hard for me to follow along where exactly he was placing his finger, so just a tip.....pull up an ear diagram if you find the same thing to be true for you. I would pause the video, find the placement (if he stated the name of the part of the ear), and then could resume play. No point in trying these measures if we aren't in the right spot!!
