I'm not trying to replace my side mirrors, just trying to figure out why both are not working. I followed the manual to where the fuse is supposed to be (slot #23 fuse 15A) checked it and it was perfectly fine, not sure where to go from here. But this video is pretty damn cool. Awesome Step by Step on what to do. Very cool and helpful information. I'm sure the rest of the videos you have posted are the same... clear, step by step, helpful and informative. Thank you for not charging people to view these videos.
+Don Kipilii Did they both fail at the same time? It sounds like it might be a bad switch. You could try popping the switch out, pulling the harness, and checking it for power with a multimeter. Otherwise, I'd replace the switch and see if that does the trick. Good luck! Hopefully this helps a bit. 1aauto.com 866-403-3393
Any idea if you can add heated mirror glass to an existing working mirror? My mirrors are fine and body color, I'd just like to add heat to them. From what I understand the wiring is already there.
+Alan Beaudet If you have the dealer run your VIN number they should be able to tell you if it's wired for heat. If the vehicle has rear window defrost, it's may be wired for this option.

Love your videos! All the detail is great. Nothing like "Remove the engine then...". Suggestion: please give all fastener measurements, it saves us hackers so much time trying to decide "is that a 14mm. or 15mm way down in the bottom of that hole?".

Im not trying to replace the wole mirror, the glass came off and the parts that would hold it to the motor broke can i replace only the mirror or do i have to buy the whole mirror set? I would appreciate it.

You can check fuse under hood by engine maybe.
I am assuming that this is the same for 2007 Ford Edge. I went ahead and ordered from you guys since you provided this excellent how-to vidoe.
