The Ozzie official postie bikes came with left, and right side stands. So I guess you could put both down and use it as a centre stand. It's great these new Chinese engines fit right in.
@@BigPezza aye, I guess you can maybe look to getting that running on a bench so if you ever want to re-fit it, it will get a good spark and go first kick! :-)
The mounting bracket that comes with the mounting plate has no place on a CT110, it leaves the motor at a wrong angle, causing nothing to fit. I don't know about the 110 Lifan, but the 125 is 30mm smaller, the main reason nothing fits. I have a video about it, just click on my name.
What are your thoughts regarding the lifan110? I have a c90 and the original engine is perfectly fine. I’m contemplating a swop to the lifan110 but I’m not sure it’s worth it.

"fit right in" erm sort of not quite wait till the next video 😅😅😅
I know someone who put a 140 in a tomas moped. It's close, but not right. I expect it's the same here.
Good luck.
My 69 CT came with a center stand but no side stand. I looked through some junk Chinese scooters at my dealer’s and found one that fit perfectly.
Shame you couldn't get the original engine to work
its gonna get thrashed offroad so maybe its best that i keep the original engine nice and clean

if your c90 engine is knackerd then its a great swap and the cub will cruse around 55mph if you put a bigger front sprocket on
@@BigPezza thanks for the reply. Probably just going to keep the standard engine until it gives up, then I’ll do the swap
@@MrReed1991 mine gave up around 70k
That exhaust had more holes than a Swiss cheese....
might get a repacement but the parts are not cheap or easy to get in the UK
