Honda CT110 Makeover - Forme Industrious

  • I while back I bought this 2004 Honda CT110 "Postie Bike" (ex Australia Post mail delivery bike). These bikes are quite popular in Australia and there are several rallies that use these bikes travelling across this great land.
    This was not a full restoration of the bike, rather it's a clean up and change of paint scheme to make it stand out a little. The engine has done 47000 kms and still running strong.
    Parts I replaced;
    Front and Back Tyres with tubes
    Chain and Sprockets
    Grips
    Mirrors (It had none) Hand Grips
    Turn Signals (It had none)
    Stop Light Lens
    Fork Seals and Fork Boots
    Battery
    I made a new seat cover because I'm too tight to buy a new one.
    I hope you enjoyed the video and thanks to my Patreon Supporters who contributed, helping make these projects.
    Regards
    Scott

    I had a CT 90 as a teenager back in the 1980s - at the time, being a typical teenage boy, I didn’t like the bike and wished I could have a “cooler” bike. Now I’d love to get that bike back - it was absolutely wonderful.

    The yellow on that CT110 reminds me of the 1978 CT90 color. Honda has released the CT125 now. I really loved those CT90s from the 70s with the low range. In low range as long as you had traction those bikes could climb pretty much vertical. They weren't a fast bike but they were very capable.
    Have fun with that CT110.

      @@ScottTurnerformeindustrious I was expecting some kind of postie bike with the Forme Industrious aesthetic like carved wood and steel tubing welds but I am not disappointed at the outcome. I bet you weren’t either. Well Done on remembering where all the pieces went too, I would have no hope.
