Thanks again for your video, I love watching the process of thought throughout the cardmaking session.
I would not be able to use the un-coloured santa myself, as I could not resist myself to give them some colour, but I think in black and white he looks amazing as well!
Usually I start with the bulk of Christmas Cars around July and finish off the final ones last minute. However, this year I was done in february, and even had enough for next year as well, so I donated half of my stash to friends. I was "in the mood" and had selected some paper packs that I wanted to use up, and then all of a sudden I had over 200 cards done in Feb. So this was a somewhat odd year, haha.
I love the black and white santa. Great job overall. TFS.❤❤❤
I make them year round. I’m donating 1650 this year and have already met the goal so I’m making cards for next year already. The Sheetloads help a lot!
Wow. That is absolutely incredible. Nice work.
Really like the B & W Santa. No need to color.
Love the variety of your cards, using what you have. TFS
Your creations are always stunning. I don't think there's a need to color Santa on these cards since there's lots of black and white in the papers. I might try adding a little blush to his cheeks, but nothing more. I have some Paper Rose 6x8 Christmas packs in my stash and was hoping you'd make A2 size cards.🙂 Your conversion and measurements for the different elements was interesting. I'll have to do something similar and reverse work out the pieces for our A2 cards. Great ideas!
I like the black outline Santa, it’s elegant, modern👍🏽
Thank you. I decided to leave them how they are.
Christmas time and sheet load is perfect!
Really cute cards. If you feel the Santa needs color, just do a light color wash with a brush in light red across him.
I finished my Christmas cards in August. Making cards for a friend now. Love your cards!
I think the cards look great with the uncool red santa! Coloring takes a lot of time.
I think that the black stamped Santa fit very well with the cards you chose to use it on. You had black lettering on the papers to the left and right. Awesome job using what you had. This was a nice Sheetload for your cards. I haven’t started mine yet-only have a few done and must get busy. I might use this Sheetload along with a Diamond Press set that I got earlier this year with angels on it. I’m late this year!
Paper Rose paper is very nice paper. This worked so well with the sheetload. Thanks for sharing
I have made about 4 Christmas cards so far. Guess I better step that up a little. 🙂 I think your Santas are fine in black and white! I love watching your process--thank you!!
I really like the black and white Santa.
I haven't finished my Christmas cards, but I have started. I also have a lot of partially done cards, and pieces that have accumulated.
I always enjoy watching you put your Sheetload cards together. 🥰
Thanks Karen
Enjoyed seeing you create the sheet load of cards. TFS.
So glad!
I haven’t even started my Christmas cards yet. I love your cards.
Personally, I would color the Santa. Thanks for sharing your process:)
Seems to be a 50:50 split in the comments on colouring the santa!
Wow, this is an incredible Sheetload - love your cards!
Thanks so much!
These are really wonderful! And I love your « analysis paralysis « comment! So true!i made my cards all summer long!
Yep. Quick decision is a good decision in cardmaking!
Great cards! I think Santa is fine as is.
Thanks Beth!
Great cards! I like the stamped Santa but agree with Amalia that you could add color to one area-like the hat or belt.
Just have a few Christmas cards started and a whole lot of ideas. We’ll see what actually gets done😂
I really like them all! With the Santa you could just color his hat or add Winka Stella to his beard and hat just to add a bit more interest. But it's fine the way it is. TFS❤
Great ideas. Thank you for sharing.
I have my Christmas cardstock but have not started, I’ve been working on Halloween, Fall and Thanksgiving cards to donate🙆🏼♀️
I appreciate when you use different size papers for the sheetload. Love your cards, I’m a visual learner.
These are so pretty! I need to try some paper rose papers! On Santa you could just give him some soft rosy cheeks! 😊
Good idea!
I think the Santa looks fine in black/white. I always enjoy seeing your take on the card sketch. I retired at the end of May so I spent July and August getting all my Christmas cards completed. However, I’ve bought a few new Christmas stamp sets, so I do plan to make some more just in case I need them, or to get a head start on next year.
You could do what Alicia does sometimes and just color one thing on the image like the hat.
Nice idea. Thanks Amalia.
there are no mistakes in crafting that can't be fixed ... lol 😱 Your cards are lovely!
Love the papers and your variety of focal points! I think Santa looks good uncolored, especially since the patterns to each side almost look black & white. :) TFS
Wow, you made a ton of cards! I love them all. And I think the Santa looks great in black and white. Thanks for sharing. 😊
I would have preferred a coloured Santa
I've been looking at them every time I walk past the pile of cards and thinking I will eventually add a pop of colour to a few of them. We'll see!
I think Santa needs color. Maybe you can send them with a couple of crayons to someone with kids
I’ve donated a lot of Christmas cards already but haven’t made any plans for my own. I usually get hung up because half of my list prefers crafty, half enjoys a photo card. I don’t have much extra energy at Christmas so I try to only make one style of card but that’s really hard for me. I have an idea though. I don’t think there’s any need to color Santa.
Wow, I love how you seemed to play with this sketch. Revisiting it over a couple days and changing up your center piece. The variety is splendid. ✂️📄🥰🌈🙌💕
Thank you. I often stop and come back to cards when I think of different options. :)
The black and white Santa goes with the card very well. Don’t color it.
no color - it works . mass cards like these you can't do it, or you bog yourself down.
I agree
