It was enjoyable watching the interviewers responding to Connor's honesty with their own. Even without it being about sports, this flowed pretty good. Obviously, Connor's wife not having a mic and speaking that much was ridiculous. Connor would have been happy with her having a mic. You can see that. They're a team. As far as creating a "character" goes, she's as much Connor's product as he is. You'd have been better with both of them. She kept proving that from the silent sidelines. Despite that bit of silliness, I can see how good you guys are at this interviewing thing, and I am now subscribed.

It’s really frustrating to have people off mic talking and not know what’s being said. Please have a spare mic or have someone off camera speak into a mic. Really good conversation. That’s my only critique.

I was researching music interviews and came across Conner and his Carrot 🥕 flute video this week. So entertaining. I never listened to rap before. I love that he does not swear in his songs.
Questions: Some music distributers take your songs down if you do not keep up with the yearly subscription. What do you recommend for struggling artists?
Also how much does it cost to get a IPI artist number in the UK and USA?

What an amazing podcast. What awesome insight out of Connor on how music works today. Great back and forth with the entire panel.
I was a club DJ for decades in Canada, and I remember being part of record pools (yes.. actual records) and we would routinely have meet ups with artists and label reps and were asked to provide feedback (often written) to be part of their preferred release groups.. what an amazing time... but today... everything is so so different.
Connor is a Maverick... capturing change and turning it into $$$. Come to KC!!!!
Check out the " trendsetter" short that's got Kelce and Mahomles from the Chiefs... should be their teams hype theme song!!!

Ahhh thats why he's moved on from doing remixes. Good for him, he's grown and gained so much from posting more of his own original songs!! :') but mannn I do miss his occasional remixes. Those did hit different for me xD

To be totally honest, the softwares way less important than the skill set. Working to understand eq, compression, reverb, delay, midi, and how they play into a good mix will transfer regardless. Home recording revolution is a helpful TH-cam channel
