Hi Matteo! I'm learning a lot with your course, and with your YT videos. Very inspiring work. I would like to know what do you think about using an EVF with the Blackmagic 6k Cinema FF... I'm getting used to shoot looking at the LCD display, but I see a lot of pros using always a viewfinder, so I don't know if I should "upgrade" to the EVF or if it's just a matter of personal preference. Cheers
I use the Bebob V150micro V-mount Batteries with my URSA12K feeding 2 Tilta Motors and a Porkeys Oeye Viewfinder, sometimes a Hollyland Video Transmitter and the batteries last for about 2-2,5 hours each. Just a suggestion! ;)
Fascinating insight as usual. Curious about your choice to shoot 8k, do you think it's worth the hassle even if you're not planning to severely crop the frame?
Thanks for the BTS Matteo! I just bought an Ursa 12k based on your videos. Been a 6k G1 guy for years & love the BRAW images. Quick question, are you using the Rawlite OLPF or is this the original 12k ? I just bought the original & it came with the Rawlite OLPF. Love your videos man. I'm curious what resolution you are shooting. Love the f stop & fps & lens information. It definitely helps me as a newbie documentary filmmaker. Thanks so much man!!!
aren't most documentaries shot with skeleton crews? Have a hard time imagining 50 people looking at someone while they are supposed to be filmed as if it is a normal day.
Not really. Lots of documentaries are shot with 5/10 people crew including steadycam operators, gaffers, grips, dit etc. it’s not that because is under 50 people means it’s skeleton crew

Hey there! I like the viewfinder but I heard the one for the Pocket is not nearly as good as the one on the Ursa. So not sure it’s worth it
Great post Matteo.
Faz em português também! Adoro seus vídeos
I don’t speak Portuguese :)

Yes it looks great. 4K is great for small stuff, but 8K is recommended

BUTTERY LUTS works also in S-LOG3?
@@gilbertjuliano6563 yes!
Hey, you shoot 50p so you can decide in post if you use it as slowmo or not?
If I shoot 50p it has to be slow down in post
Why you don't attach a handgrip on the right side of the camera?
Don’t need it :)
Do you use the record button on the bottom right side to start the record or push on the screen?@@matteobertoli
