Life update. Don’t be afraid you won’t have anything to do if you retire.

My name is Jim. I live in a small town in Illinois. I am sharing my story of how I retired in July 2024 at 55 years old. I worked shift work in an industrial plant for nearly 26 years. I offer no financial advice but want to use my channel to glorify The Lord and give hope and encouragement. Several TH-cam channels helped me prepare for retirement and I am hoping I can help you. I am just sharing my experiences, thoughts, and observations. Maybe you are closer to retirement than you think.

I've had the thought "how did I have time to work"! Always things to fix, clean, calls to make. Retirements been awesome in some ways. A person needs to know how to self motivate and also know they are valued outside of their work/previous job. Thank you for the video.
