I think another fascinating thing about the seals is how personal an object they are. I'm sure Henry didn't write all of his own letters much less stamp them all so to speak ..but at some point, the owners of these stamps would have held them. Writing, IMO is also personal. To be able to hold some of those, to touch the seals.. absolutely magical ❤️📖🗞️🖋️
