As someone else said, to adjust camera settings on the eMeet software you need to click on the "Video settings" dropdown. However that is easier said than done, because for some reason there is something like a 3cm vertical offset between button locations and where you actually need to click (on my PC anyway). So I have to click 3cm above each button to make it work. Super bizarre and near-unusable.
I bought this camera about a week ago, and I used it today during my zoom meeting. It tends to freeze up, the camera blacks out and I have to unplug it from my laptop and try to reload it...not fun. I bought it based on the rave reviews on amazon. I've contacted them to report this issue (amazon that is) and they are sending a replacement. Hopefully its just this camera that is glitchy...
Mine ran for hours with no issues. Make sure you have enough USB bandwidth. If you have a bunch of things connected to one USB port, these types of things can happen.
When you choose the other mic input, Windows or macOS will effectively ignore the webcam microphone. There are ways using OBS to record both mics, but just don't define this as an audio capture source.
i just received this web cam, and after on with tech support, if you have a lap top with no direct usb port its not compatible, no hub works. so i am sending back to Amazon
Weird. Out of curiosity, what laptop do you have? What is the speed of the USB port and what is attached currently to your USB hub? I'd suspect you've hit USB bandwidth limits. I have Thunderbolt 40Gbps ports and max them out sometimes to where even 1080p 30fps mjpeg webcams won't work.
Let me know what you think of this webcam (TL;DR just use the webcam settings in Windows). Here's where to find it: amzn.to/3E9XIex
How do you get it to change range of vision from70 to close up?

You have to click on video settings to get a drop down menu on the software download
How do you get it to hook up to a ps4
Doe this camera output to one channel only? How do you make it output to stereo? Thanks in advance!
I had to mix it to mono in the end for it to output in both channels

Can I turn off the audio recording on this webcam? I'm planning to buy a separate microphone. Or would I just need to select the audio input?
