Hi. I wanted to say the gathering was noisy but come to think about it it was meant to be a fun lively place. I heard that Long Beach is never a good place to settle in but I guess this place is in a safe pocket of that city. My question is does the fountain bring mosquitos? Also, what about the neighbors? Are they okay with the cooking smell and smoke and noise?
Noise on Friday-Saturday neighbors understand, L.B.C it's better than before, Fountain? No mosquito at all. He keeps the yard/water clean with filter and water circulation nonstop. Neighbors love our food and sometimes join us.

Using my own lived experience, my neighbors are of diverse backgrounds who practice tolerating each other's different habits and customs, meaning we don't call cops on them if they don't call cops on us. Are your neighbors the same ethnic group more or less?
