Dancing sometimes happens while actors are waiting for technical stuff to be reset. Reloading pyrotechnics, putting props back where they were before the shot, someone's getting their makeup touched up, replacing a bulb, troubleshooting a sound problem, etc..
I'm surprised that they didn't use the Infinity War blooper where the goat kept interrupting Chadwick Boseman while talking to Sebastian Stan. Danai couldn’t hold it together lol RIP King

I don't think the hammer scene was shot on-location. Maybe the pyrotechnic scene WAS, but the actors were probably on green-screen set, and the pyrotechnic scene is added on the background in post-production, so they don't have the pressure of having to do it correctly in one take.
