Very nice. Philips audios always had a very warm sound with crisp treble and solid bass. I once had Tuner Amp AH718 along with its speakers. I used to play 242 Record player and my first stereo tape recorder through that. Used to sound great. AH 718 is now retired.
Your board looks beautiful andsounds great. Are you assembling these Amps and seling ?

Power trick ഇറക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. എറണാകുളത്ത് കിട്ടും. പഴയ മെറ്റൽ ട്രാൻസിസ്റ്റർ ആണ് use ചെയ്തേക്കണത്. 33 Volt d cആൺ മാക്സിമം suply
This is AHUJA cassate audio deck circuite. 30 volt single bower supply 3 amp enough . STK 4191 equalent but single power subbly. AHUJA 4 transister bass trable 100 percent match. Year 1990 - 2005s Very famous this circuit BD139 BD140, BC 547, BC 548, and output N4007 transister usde . Before 1990s SL100 SK100 BC147, BC 148. 2N3055*2 metal transister used. Year 2005 i am assempled AHUJA 8 transister bass booster head pre, 4 transister bass trable and this amp kit . power supply 0-30 3amp. 0-15 1amp transformer . Spical circuite power supply for motor line BD139 regulater, PRE .BT section and power amp section IN5406 diode*4 , 5000 mfd /50 v condenser 1 . Speaker box BOLTON 8 inch and PHILPS tweeter among speaker network coil . 🎉❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂 now 😮

താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞത് ശരിയാണ്. നല്ല രീതിയിൽ ചെയ്താൽ വിന്റേജ് സൗണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ്. ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള ഒരു സർക്യൂട്ടിനും ഇത്രയും Pure Sound ഇല്ല. ഇതിന് മുൻപ് ഒരു Universal Board കിട്ടുമായിരുന്നു. അത് cassette player കൾക്ക് കൂടുതൽ Suitable ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ USB, DvDയ്ക്ക് പഴയ Universal അത്ര പോര . ഇതിന് TLO 0 72 Pre പറ്റും

Dear Pradeep , In the Original Philips circuit there is a trim pot ( preset ) to adjust Quiescent current.
Please tell whether Vi studios have already adjusted and sealed the preset .
If not please give the method and desirable level of Adjustment.

Phlips 3055 ന്റെ Quiecent കറന്റ് Adust ചെയ്യുന്നത് Speaker coupling Capacitor ന്റെ positive പോയിന്റിൽ Total Supply volt ന്റെ
half volt വരുന്ന രീതിയിൽ Preset Set ചെയ്യണം. Eg: 40 volt Supply കൊടുത്താൽ 20 v കിട്ടണം. ഇത് സ്പീക്കറും input സിഗ്നലും കൊടുക്കാതെ വേണം സെറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ .
കറന്റ് Proper ആവുമ്പോൾ n o load കണ്ടീഷനിൽൽ 30 mA Current കിട്ടും. അങ്ങനെ കിട്ടിയാൽ Proper working ആയിരിക്കും.
The quiescent current of Philips 3055 is adjusted to the positive point of the speaker coupling capacitor by the total supply volt.
Preset should be set in such a way that it comes to half volt. Eg: If you give 40 volt supply, you should get 20 v. It should be set without giving the speaker and input signal.
When the current is proper, no load conditional 30 mA current is obtained. If you get it like that, it will be proper working.
