Hi Clare. Just watched your batch cook. Your spanish chicken, how many days can you keep in the fridge. Im also scared to reheat rice in case im sick. ( I was always told a source of bacteria) I've seen a few people have done this, so I just wondered how long cooked rice keeps, please. Loving your journey. From someone who is out a bit and struggling lol 😆 x

I always re heat rice however I’m not going to say yes do it just in case 😂 I made 4 portions so for the following two days for mark and I . Maybe have a little Google on the rice thing 👌🏼

I love the JD Seasoning.
I now have 3 big boxes full as pick up when they do 25% off deals.
I am finding with now just 2 of us more cost effective than all spice jars especially as often I do not need to use the whole pot so half left for another day or to add as extra if batch cooking something.
I also do not use just for what it says on pot Spanish Chicken was put on Salmon the other week on a bed of Mediterranean Roasted Veg devine.
I love the red portion mould as perfect size and great for doing a few days can you remmber where you picked it up.
SW Kitchen does not deliver to out postcode same goes for Hello Fresh etc which is a pity however my Preasure Cooker, Slow Cooker and Airfryer makes life so easy.... Good music on all raw ingredients out chop chop a wee boogie chop some more out of tune sing along as it cooks and I portion and Grumpy aka husbands job is supply coffee and do dishes 😁💜🥰x
