Im making free lance stuf making wordpress website and some less editing and some data analysis using this but mine only i5 8350. I usually just bring a logi 590 mouse and 1 more spare battery 61+ usually it just that i need if im going out at coffee stores or just waiting my child at pool

Thanks to a twitter comment earlier I've decided (and bought) the fibrocom module & a new display housing with wwan wires, so I'm planning to use EE/100mb/s data only package (120gb for 12 months; £50 preloaded), I simply don't trust public WiFi + I've been able to play geforce now in the woods before on a 2 bars 15mb/s connection lol
Wwan is a must for me!
I intend to get a brand new internal battery & a non-aftermarket 72wh/61++ external as well, so I can road warrior it. With that and current batteries + my cheeky 50% cpu limited power plan, I'm aiming for 24 hours

I slightly regret not getting the dGPU, but I had to buy whatever I cud afford, I'd probably end up disabling it otg anyway, but wud be nice to do basic video editing without eGPU

@@TechDave tbh the dgpu not so great egpu is, better but i already got better pc this is only im using when doing some serious work or not playing games or editing stuff i still got my old pc still with decent built for this age ryzen 5600 and 1080ti. Only using that when im making stuff using multiplr docker or making virtual pc

But i think this is the most worthed piece of laptop i bought even its a refurbished thingy i just bout 1 external batery 61+ that gonna stay like 6 hours just doing light photoshop editing, browsing while listening Spotify i just use my smartphone hotspot when im out. I know i can switch the modem but i still collecting money to upgrade the ssd to at least 1tb for data mining 😂

@@ruzaqir354 nice! i've got my p51 & RX 6600 8gb for heavy lifting for now, planning a potential budget-ish desktop build around the rx 6600 & a Ryzen 2700, but for now ive got 2x lenovo legion boost station one with T480 & RX 480 + 1tb ssd & p51 w/ 6600 & 2tb hdd
the second legion is on loan, but im debating either buying a second legion OR build desktop & buy a 3060 12gb or something else with RTX/cuda/12+gb vram later in the year, as the desktop will be just for music production & video editing, then using my 6600 & T480 as general daily driver (i like to keep work & play machine separate where possible, for perhaps obvious reasons)
shame the hear the nvidia isnt great, relived to hear it sort of though. ultimately, it will save me battery life, i'd just like to be able to video edit direct on laptop sans eGPU and then attach to render. perhaps this is possible with low enuf proxy clips, but im not hopeful.
im planning 32-64gb ram for T480 down the line, so perhaps it will help, but who knows
