- #SolasSpeaks is my contribution to the #SolavellanDAy 2021 event on Dragon Age Twitter. This is a re-imagining of the infamous "Crestwood scene" from the Solas romance in Dragon Age: Inquisition, in which Solas does tell Lavellan the truth.
Solas' party member icon and the romance dialogue wheel icon were lifted from Dragon Age: Inquisition game assets.
Solas' dialogue is spoken by his voice actor, Gareth David-Lloyd. Inquisitor Lavellan's dialogue (British accent) is spoken by her voice actor, Alix Wilton Regan. Dialogue was lifted from Dragon Age: Inquisition game files.
Background song: "Thedas Love Theme", from the Dragon Age: Inquisition soundtrack by Trevor Morris. Owned by EA BioWare.
The voice spectrum was made in Adobe After Effects, and the video was compiled in Adobe Premiere Pro. Images were edited in Adobe Photoshop.

Oh hell yes, thats the conversation I wouldve loved to have. I hate the fact that there are no real happy endings in the Dragon Age games. I wouldve followed Solas into the void

Just discovered this! It's an amazing work! The puzzle pieces fit so well and the mixing is smooth. We really can hear the alchemy between Solas and Lavellan. Must have been fun, perhaps with frustrating moments, to make? Anyway, brillant!

I refuse to play Dreadwolf if Solas dies, and I’m going to be gravely disappointed if the inquisitor is not the protagonist again. I mean, you can’t just take someones arm and dip…
And so he did... 😭 I miss him so much, can't wait to see him again in Dreadwolf!
Is from trespasser?
No - I made this fan version of the "Crestwood Scene" by joining together bits of Solas and Lavellan's dialogue from throughout Inquisition (including parts from Trespasser; that may be why some parts sound familiar!) using audio from the game files. The audio is from the game, but this version of their conversation is fan made :)
