After breaking my ankle in october and having surgery, I can only just hobble around now. My fitness is a massive goal of mine this year as it hasn't been easy doing anything with limited mobility. And our spending this year cutting down on stuff. My husband as drastically decluttered the house after christmas and I want to keep it clutter free too.
Hi I am also going to add a section of "What I saved " not what I put away ,instead items I walked away from and did not buy. Or lunches/ coffee treats etc. I did not buy. So saved😊
Yes! That’s exactly what I do! I have a notes section in my phone where I make a note of not only what I would have bought but how much it would have cost. It adds up so fast?
You mentioned writing down what your eating do you have an app or note book for this. I have just bought myself a new fitness watch and plan to start getting moving more and being more aware of what I am eating. I am taking the weightless element out become I have found if I focus on that I give up. So 2025 will be about improving overall health.

Loved this, I’m committing to 3 months 10000 steps a day. Want to loose 7lb in that time also. 😊
