You need to make sure to remove any elements that are under the premium plan. For starters, remove the logo and remove the them customization.

Where can I learn more about using conversation-style survey form? Whenever a chatbot asks you a question, it's yes/no question. If no, then chat ends right there. The problem is unavailable logic for the chatbot. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jay! It's not an option we offer just yet. With that said, you can absolutely add a question for respondents to indicate their location.

Is it possible to put a sub question with choices right under a "yes" answer?

Hi there! We do not offer the option to have a subquestion within a question, however, you can absolutely set up survey logic, to show a follow-up question depending on a previous answer.
