    I appreciate the effort in making the video. I need new front tires for my D140, so this is perfect.

    Figured you would have shown back tire instal as i'm having trouble with mine but you didn't. Guess you only have one big washer then the clip.
    Thanks for posting video.

      The rear wheels install the same way as the front. The only difference is the rear axles have a key that sits in a groove on both sides. There’s a key way on the hub of the wheel that you have to make sure it lines up with the key when you install it. You can also use a little bit of grease to make sure it goes on smoothly.

    I have a six year old S240 that will spin the rear tires badly, just last week I was thinking it was times to put some chevron/ag type of tires on the back. As far as I know they don’t market a weight system for the rear wheels on it. Those scissor jacks can be aggravating especially under your truck. I bought a mower lift from Harbor Freight and it works great when removing the blades and servicing the deck and will even lift my 52 inch Gravely ZTR.

      The Ag tires have done great for me. I mow a deep ditch at the roadside and can go forwards or backwards without spinning the tires at all now. It has excellent traction now. Yeah, I bought my father a mower lift several years ago and they work great for servicing mower decks and blades. Thanks for watching!

    Sweet tread for a lawn mower. I would have thought your next vid would be on the Yamaha. Hope all is going good.

      Really enjoying the tread on these tires. We’re still working on the break in of the Kodiak, we have had a lot of bad weather that’s slowing us down. Don’t worry, there will be more videos soon.

    How does it drive with those knobby tires on the back? I put some similar tires, but not the lug on the back of my John Deere lawn tractor and now it pushes the tractor straight when I try to turn.

    • @Palomino488
      @Palomino488  ปีที่แล้ว

      It drives great. Gets better grip when mowing ditches and I haven’t had it push straight when making turns at all.

    Are those flat free tires? IF so, where did you get them?

      No they aren’t

    Why didnt you go with the premounted antego rear tires? Are they not good?

    • @Palomino488
      @Palomino488  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They were not an option in the lug I wanted for the rear.

    After having them for a while, how have they been on your lawn?

    • @Palomino488
      @Palomino488  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They have been great. They really don’t dig my yard up, they just hook and go. The original turf tires spinning did more damage to the grass than these have in my experience. Tires hardly show any signs of wear either.

    Was there any reason you swapped out the wheels? Or just easier than spinning on new rubber? Thanks!

    • @Palomino488
      @Palomino488  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      At the time it was more cost effective for me plus easier and quicker. I did save my original wheels, so I can always put them back on in the future with new tires if I need to. Thanks for watching!

      @@Palomino488 Thanks for the info. Check out my channel and you can see how bald my fronts are LOL. I'm trying to decide if there would be a better tread pattern for the snow.

    What PSI did you end up adjusting the Super Lug to?

    • @Palomino488
      @Palomino488  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      10 psi max is what I adjusted mine to and where I typically run mine at. Due to sidewall stiffness of those tires you can run slightly less than that for times when you need extra traction. Thanks for watching!

    Does anyone make non flat tire, as in solid rubber?

    • @Palomino488
      @Palomino488  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn’t run across any solid rubber tires in these sizes when I was searching for replacement tires. That’s not saying that they don’t make them, but I didn’t see any. Try searching the web for the tire sizes you are looking for and use key words like solid rubber tire or flat free tires in your search.

    how have the bearings held up on the front tires? i have the same mower and take mine through a lot of mud and water and fear non greaseable bearings would corrode quick.
