I want you to know how much healing this video has given some of my patients. I like to "prescribe" joyful videos of animals to my patients who have depression and have forgotten that they can feel happy. For those with whom I work who love animals, this is the best one, not only because of Butch's joy, but because of the freedom you give him to be a dog, to be a spazz and play, to be himself without fear and without apology -- something most of my patients have never felt from their own family. Heavy, I know. But I write this with the intention of saying thank you! Thank you both.
Honestly, I don't know why your comment doesn't have more "likes". I ran across this video a couple years ago, and every time I see it I feel a burst of joy. It never occurred to me before now to save it for a "pick-me-up" in my darker times. Thank-you for the excellent suggestion 💜

@@julesmasseffectmusiclol I know, it’s obvious sone of these people have never raked leaves. It might take an hour or two of taking to get a pile this big and the dog isn’t messing it up at all
The little pause at 0:25 with just his head emerging is adorable. That one happy husky there. Thanks for the share, it's always a good day way you smile and/or laugh.
this says it all, sometimes you just need to enjoy the simple things like running and jumping into a pile of leaves :) this made my day, have been feeling kinda punky and this made me smile, thank you for sharing :) absolutely loved watching him/her play and you enjoying it.
I adore this video! Butch just looks like he's having such a brilliantly fantastic time and I love that Kent is able to laugh and enjoy the sheer delight before him rather than being angry the pile is being decimated. No matter how many times I see this clip, it always makes me smile and laugh. I'll bet Butch comes running every time he sees you with a rake! My favourite part is when he dives in, buries his nose and head and all you can see is this glorious tail sticking up in the air! Just precious!
Georgia Lewis I have cried for 4 years but my new dog gives me much to smile about. He is not a Husky because I did not want to compare him to her. In the end they leave paw prints on our hearts and they never go away.
Such a joyful video and 10 years old! Here it is 2023 and for some reason when i watch it i feel the anxiety i have been suffering with lately just melt away in seconds. Bless you for posting this video. Sue from New Zealand.
Hi - Just wanted to say, we had to say goodbye to our 16 year old husky a few days ago, and your video has provided many much-needed laughs. This has to be one of the best zoomies EVER! Thanks so much for sharing.
I love your dog. We all need more leaf time like him. Thanks for your delightful chuckles of bemusement as well. Wish I had 4 paws from which to spring so amazingly. :)
Impossible to watch this and not get a goofy grin on my face! I put this on whenever I'm feeling a little "what's it all for?" and it perks me right up!
Our husky absolutely loves leaves. She will curl up in a ball on the tiniest pile of leaves she can find in the backyard. Pretty sure this would be a dream come true for her like it was for your doggie :)
Sure that autumn is by far this dog's favourite season! LOL! This pet shows us how to live the present to the fullest! Philosophy of happiness without a single word.
Pure joy! That husky is having so much fun! Part of the fun is pleasing his master. Dog knows his owner is having fun watching him, and that gives the dog so much joy--happy dogs live to please their family. Lucky dog has a beautiful big yard to run. This vid is so much fun to watch! How was the dog patient enough to stay covered in leaves until the video shoot started? Really cute :)
Butch reminds me so much of our husky (Morgan) that died a few years ago. Thank you so much. This truly brings back memories of the amazing family member he was. I don't think a person can truly be human without a pet in their family. And to see Butch being so playful as a member of your family, where he is so obviously happy and loved, is a great thing. :)
lol so true! but rather than 'depressed' they must be just haters.... if you're depressed you'll like this video for sure because it would make you feel better ;)
Pure joy. I could watch this over & over. Lucky, happy, wonderful dog. Nice owner as well to let his pooch mess up the leaves that had already been raked.

Thank you
Honestly this is some of the best content I've found as well. ✌️🤗 Have a great day!
What a wonderful doctor you must be. Thank you!
This is what happiness looks like
I love this comment very much!
Absolutely!!😀😃😄😁
And it spreads so much happiness. I have watched this video over 20 times in the last decade. I use it to cheer myself and others up.
This is true love: Letting your dog mess up the pile of leaves that probably took ages to rake. I love this.
What?
Spending hours making a pile of leave a just for your dog to play in.
Piling that up again takes 5 mins, the dog doesnt spread it all over the yard
Just go get a leaf blower
Make a nice bed

There is NOTHING like a happy dog to make a person know there is joy in life!
I love this vídeo. His joy is contagious 🥰
No scooby snacks in that pile, he crawled in on his own. No poor dog here!!
Can see it's clearly a fun loving adventure - thanks for putting a smile on my face.
Great! Made me giggle!

This video still makes me so happy! Love coming back to watch it
It's like the ball pit for dogs! Love it. Watched this over and over. Great, fun-loving dog.
Loved the video. Makes me miss my female husky who passed 3.5 years ago. Always in my heart. Never forgotten. They are so much fun!
Georgia Lewis Thank you so much. I will never forget her. She was so loved.

Tango Eliott don't think im dumb, im only in year 6. But is 3.5 yrs 3 yrs and 5 months?
HUGE yard, and a beautiful dog. I'm sure he loves having so much space to run around like that even without any leaves!
Sweet, thanks, great video. Watch this video when I need to re-focus and put a smile back on my face.
Note to self: 1) Get Husky 2) Rake leaves
2.b) Purchase bag of leaves
3.) Make sure you have a huge garden or dog will go crazy

I know what it feels like to lose a furry family member. Much pain, but this was a lovely video!
Thank you for giving me the joy of watching your precious husky playing in a pile of leaves. I need as many smiles as I can get!!
😄 How lovely to see him playing in the leaves.
Seeing the joy in this beautiful dog just made my day.

Priceless….recall doing this with my two older brothers back in the early 60s in Minnesota….great fun, great memories! Thanks 😊
lool i love the pause @0:25
YES, I was already giggling but lost it there too.
Just adorable

Best things in life are free.. and yes, they do mean another raking session at times when a husky is involved. That husky is happy!
Our husky absolutely loves leaves. She will curl up in a ball on the tiniest pile of leaves she can find in the backyard. Pretty sure this would be a dream come true for her like it was for your doggie :)
I could watch this all day on a loop...and I laugh at the same moment every time.
I love how much fun he is having!!! 😊😍
Nothing more satisfying than watching a dog have fun in a dog’s way.
I watched this several times. Thanks for sharing!

You have a big yard wow...anyway husky dog is so cute!
Now this is what dogs are. Best of friends and they show their happiness
Dogs are so pure. Joyous.
In Wales our autumn leaves never get to be as crisp and crinkly as these ones. We have too much rain and they all go soggy!
That’s how I felt when I quit my teaching career after 25 years.
That is what the joy of life is all about be it animal child or adult. Simple pleasures we can understand without any thought.
Awwww. Dogs.
So cute, that it brings me too tears. He is just so adorable!
cannot beat husky zoomies
I want to have as much fun and joy as he’s having to much fun
That has me laughing my butt off. Great vid!

You gotta love animals. For those who appreciate them, they are a blessing.
I hope your boy is still alive and kicking. My Husky just passed at almost 16 years old, this video always makes me miss him and his antics.

Man that’s the funniest thing I’ve seen for ages!! Leaves don’t slow you down much before you hit the wall. Hilarious...
To me dogs are the best work the lord ever did.!!!!!I'd hate to be here without them.guess that's why I rescue every one I can.
I love it when my corgi gets the zoomies but this Huskie leaf pile diving makes it special. He (or she) is adorable!
I reckon he loves the pile of leaves so much because it reminds him of how it feels to leap through piles of snow in his natural Siberian habitat!
It's good to watch a friend have a great time running around crazy 🤩
It looks like this was also just as much fun for the dog's owner...love it
This video is SO great😃
The fun Butch has and that he is allowed to is just awesome!😊
I first saw this years ago and it keeps popping into my head!😃
Thanks for sharing Butch with the rest of us!
Such a cute, happy dog; such a neat back yard.
Love it - that must have taken you forever to rake all those dang leaves. Good on you for letting him play despite the hard work.
That is the best, a little indulgence for a great dog! So happy to see this!
JOY, that is pure and uplifting! Thanks for sharing, it made my day!
