I also had major hair loss from the big C, take a look into it, there is information on what’s really causing all of this and it’s related to snakes, certain type of spike protein, in both the C virus , and the stuff that they put in your arm. Do some research, that’s why the loss of taste smell hair and stuff that happens with your blood. The clumping part, that’s all I’m going to say but that’s why we are experiencing all of this, the wig business must be booming on account of it, I have bought some and getting ready to play with them because I also broke my wrist recently and could not use my fingers too well to handle anything. Good luck on your journey and to everyone else on their hair loss wig journey.

Owning a wig, being yourself in it and not thinking about your wig (because no one’s else is) is the #1 reason to be confident in wearing a wig! Forget you have it on!! Go out and enjoy your life! It’s way better than your natural hair or you wouldn’t be wearing a wig ❤️

You, Taz, just gave me the confidence to WEAR THAT WIG on my vaca to Vegas then to Florida in just 2 DAYS!!! I purchased a Raquel Welch wig about a month ago , the featured one in biscuit, like one that I see you wearing... and LOVED IT so I bought it. Yea...it's a cheapo, but I *think it looks good on me but was too afraid to take it with me AND WEAR IT....on the 4 flights...at Disney World for my friend's Wedding...in a car....in the wind....and I was just too afraid it would...I dunno...fly off, show the fakeness...whatever, but after listening to you here... I say "Oh what the heck...I AM GOING TO WEAR THAT WIG PROUDLY. I am gonna OWN that dang wig!!" lol I also took some other tips and tricks from you and trimmed the sides close to the edge so it doesn't show as much now. And it DID help!! So thank you ever so much for your expert help....and wonderful words of wisdom. You are a beautiful lady, inside and out!!

Awesome video! I have a tip when it comes to the end of your synthetic wigs "life" haha! You can make it look, feel and move like a new wig again by using fabric softener! Just pour it into a bucet of cold water until the water becomes very cloudy, and then you soak your wig in it over night! Then shampoo and condition it and let it dry, then your wig is supersoft and refreshened! I have a wig that I have been using multiple times every week for about 8 years now, it still looks new because of this method! ♥️

I would literally dream of longer hair while sleeping, and dream that I was brushing it luxuriously lol. Anyway, I don't know how I stumbled across your videos but after watching one of your more recent ones I bought the same wig you were wearing in the video! Why not? Why wait 2-3 years for my hair to grow out? I have confidence in spades and I literally don't know why I haven't just gotten a wig yet to look the way I want to. Hi Taz
❤elanie here, I have watched this video many times, even b4 My own wig journey began, it was during my study period, any way a bit more than a year later I watched it again today ! It just goes to prove once again how subjective and individual each wig wearers experiences, wants, needs and desires are...I laughed so hard out loud as u hand heated ur sides and fluffed up the crown area of ur wig for height..I laughed because, I am tall, with a rather long face, and I heat rub and flatten crown Permatease as much as possible and I poff and puff my sides of curls to get Big 🤣🤣
I happen to love Big hair, I love everything u do to manuver, twist and turn all ur girls, I have adopted most of ur techniques as they have all improved the look and quality of my wig journey. I have especially been partial to accessorizing I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE
The use of baretts, headbands, and tiny wini little sparkling jaw clips..
They ,the tiny sparkling clips are AMAZING to just randomly place especially for that one piece of unruly hair, or that ever so small tiny bump in/on ur hair that 2u looks huge and obvious. What a wonderful world the wig community is, so much support, so many new choices, so much freedom in being me...one happy girl !
in this crisis, my wigs have become like dolls, friends cant be close but wigs can, and they get ur creative juices going..stay safe Taz ,
As always much love at u🥰🥰❤

Thank you, Taz!! My first wig (Noriko Sky in Dark Rust) came yesterday and at first thought I had made a mistake. I went for a long bike ride and then came home, watched one of your videos, and gave it another shot. I’m telling you I haven’t felt this pretty in a long time. My hair is very short, as in pixie, and very thick. It sucks up any moisture causing it to be frizzy. No matter what products I use or how I style it the shape never lasts. This is opening up a whole new world for a woman who loves hair! I’ll be working on my ‘wig confidence’ 😉

This is one of the best videos I've seen, with LOTS of good hints -- thank you so much! When I have a wig I don't like or don't wear or just don't want to hold onto, I donate it to a local resale shop. It may be a good "practice" wig for another person, or a way to try a different color, or just a way for someone to dip a toe in the water of trying wigs.

Thank You, Taz, for such a great video! You have amazing techniques, which I have really taken note of and will apply to my sweet wigs and extensions. What I love most about your advice, is to have CONFIDENCE in yourself and celebrate who you are. That way, people can't help but take notice and pick up on the positivity you radiate. I love that! Wonderful tips....thanks so much! Sometimes I have a "play day" at home with just me and my wigs. It's fun to try them on and do a bit here and there (trim or root spray) to make them look more natural so that when I'm ready to throw one on and wear out the door I can do that with confidence! How about a "play day" video? That would be fun to watch! :-)

Melted Marshmallow is such a unique colour. I love its ashiness and its deep rootedness. The root shade almost looks like my natural colour... not that I’ve seen that in decades. TAZ, Lady you are so inspiring. I am a young, wise 51 year old woman. I recently chopped off all my hair, it is now a short pixie style. I did not like the way it was cut, it is too razor/thinning shears. Choppy cut. Thank goodness it grows fairly fast. My hair if on the finer side, but I normally have a lot of it? if that makes sense. I have a couple troubled spots on top and in back area so I comb it over to side normally. I just ordered two wigs, not real. synthetic. once I get them I plan on sending you pictures as you are the reason I decided to purchase and get sassy with wearing wigs. Thank you for being such an inspiration to us women.

Hi Tina! I am full of anticipation for you! You describe your hair the way I describe mine... baby fine, but ample amounts..my trouble areas are my receding forehead and sides. When the shedding comes on, it’s at the crown and temples the most. Wigs have changed me! I hope you find the same joy with them. Thanks for the kind comments 💛💛💛

Love, love, love your videos! You are amazing... I only wish I had your confidence...I’m new to wigs and even though I have purchased wigs which look natural, i remember that the efforts time I was going out in public to a function with a bunch of friends. I felt the need to tell a few that I would be wearing a wig...when my husband and I arrived my heart was pounding before we walked in. We arrived at the table and because they knew what my bio hair had looked like they all loved how I looked. One of the men (a friends boyfriend) had never met me before..unbeknownst to me he was a hair stylist, my friend called me the next day and said he asked why everyone had made such a big deal about my hair...when Ernestine told him it was the first time that I had gone in public with a wig on he couldn’t believe it. He told her he had no idea it wasn’t my bio hair.
Even with the compliments from strangers which I receive on how great my hair looks and the questions as to where I getting it done, I still feel as though I have to constantly look in the mirror in the car and be sure I don’t look wiggy before I get out. I would love to just put the freaking wig on, style it and forget about it for he rest of the day.
I could go in and in but I just wanted you to know that you have helped me immensely and thank you...I know I have a long way to go but it will come...

I just stumbled on this channel. In the last two years I have been, I guess playing around with hair extensions and now I am 46 and I am obsessed with trying a wig .I saw you/ this video and now I am so gung-ho I can't wait! I can't wait to own 25 wigs like you do! And with my hair extensions..confidence is key.,you're so right!! I've always a very competent person and no one and I mean no one has ever guessed that I have hair extensions in. Just last week I had someone asked me" did you cut your hair"? And I was taken back cuz I thought she knew and I said "you mean- did my hair extensions shrink"? And she was like freaked out she couldn't believe it so I know that has to do a lot with it and I can see that you are a very confident lady, you are very pretty lady.. I hope ,I hope when I get a little older that I can be as pretty as you are inside and out because I just think you are like I just think you're awesome. Your attitude exudes confidence and I can tell you that you're a nice person who sincerely cares about other people. So I'll keep you posted on my wig Journey

Dear Taz, I just had to write you. I’m a transgender woman and new to the game of wigs. I’ve bought Angelique from Jon Renau online and I couldn’t make it work.
