Great vid again Ben. I used to lift in my chair, but have more recently transferred to a weight bench for overhead dumbell press for more back support. This way I can lift much heavier with more safety.
Can you please explain your shoulder impingement a little bit more as it can come in various ways so I want to make sure I'm giving you the right advice.
