Pathfinders Tours’ Annual ‘Mazey Day Cornishman’ to Penzance, starting from Tame Bridge Parkway.
An interesting tour, with the fifties fund 50007 and 50049, their last outing in GBRf colours, before being repainted into BR Large Logo livery, to debut on the Parhfinders tour ‘Grampian Highlander’ a multi day tour to Scotland in August.
Coming round the tight curve from Bournville and Lifford East Junction, I expected them to be sent into platform 4 or tack 3 (Where I filmed from)
Instead, they were sent over track two and into an X track to the down fast, a track layout I didn’t know Kings Norton had! I was not disappointed though, awesome hoover sound, and nice space to comfortably pan.
Hope you enjoy. :)
Good catch Toby :)
Thank you!
Nice one Toby
Thanks James!
I caught that tour myself at stoke works
And I’ve been told that this tour is the last one for these two because they are trying to do a repaint on 50007 because look it’s painting is fallen apart
It’s their last tour in GBRf colours, as they are requested to be in large logo blue for a tour in august, so they haven’t bothered repainting the cab if it’s about to get a new livery
@@Tobys_Trainsthey might do and I think they might return 50007 back to normal guise once again
0:18 look at 50007 it’s painting is fallen apart
Yep
@@Tobys_Trainsyeah I noticed it
@@thebrummierailenthusiasts5329it’s not paint falling apart… it’s patchwork on the body ready for her repaint… stop telling everybody stupid rubbish
You should of gone on the other side that pesky island platform got in yournway
Yeah, wasn’t expecting it to be on that track :/
