I like to check everything with a hand screw driver to make sure I didn't overtighten the screws and also when I put in speakers I cross tighten the screws
@@TheBoomtown4 you might bend the frame, that might offset the cone, maybe the speaker won't project evenly, maybe the difference between a good sounding speaker and a great sounding speaker. But some people like burnt biscuits.

What happens when you crimp the sides and they bend in, how can the sound be affected?
