“Stop Mode Fault” and Textbook symbol on the HVAC control. I have removed the blower to check and clean and when direct power is applied it works.
Put back into the car, and the video shows what happens. 12v from WG wire from relay until the circuit is completed and then I get 0v. The relays and fuse box are working, and the relays do not switch off during anytime in the video.
After a 4x4 trip the motor started working normally for 3-4 days and the Textbook symbol disappeared during that time. Passenger blower works as it should
Any suggestions on what to try next would be great.

I just went through the same problem and it ended up being the underhood fuse box, it was burned up / melted around Auxiliary Power 2 Relay (Relay-7) on my NAS 2002 HSE

I fixed it. The connection plug behind the driver’s kick panel (RHD) had burnt out making it a bad connection. I just cut the plug and joined the wires and now both fans are working well.

Hello, sorry for bothering me, but I have spent hours after this breakdown, mine is Lhd, and I cannot find the connector you mention, the connector is for the thin cables that go to the control unit, or it is the thick cables that carry + i -, Thank you!!!!!

@@mikiarisa8748 sorry no didn’t take any photos. You’re looking for the thick wires, and you’re looking for a double pin plug with white-green wire and white-purple wire. The code for the plug is C101/201 in electrical troubleshooting manual found on Google
