Any time!! the dim sum restaurants are all open here, but the problem is dim sum is best enjoyed with a large group of people so you can order more dishes... :) which is not happening a lot in my groups!
I love lo mai fan. Problem is my pressure cooker is not the instant pot you use. I cannot set high/low pressure and i definitely cannot select a timer. Please help. Thanks!

Haha! Yeah it’s different rice I think but the Chinese sticky rice is super flavourful and tonnes of umami!!

I love coconut milk too! My mom used to make it that way ! The instant pot made it so much easier, it’s like a cheat code!
You can also make this in a rice cooker!!! I love sticky rice. It’s possibilities are endless!
