    What a great ride. I like it when you have bike paths to be safe on. Thanks for sharing. 😊

    Another great WA Video,Serafina.Thanks again to You,and,Randall for showing us Freo,and the sights.Was cool seeing the Bon Scott(AC/DC) statue.Glad it wasn`t stormy over there for your ride with Randall.We had an awesome thunderstorm here on Monday night.🌩Orbea,and,I got caught in it,and had to cycle home with the lightning flashing overhead,and,thunder booming too,as well as rain pelting down.🌨Look forward to the next video,and seeing WA`s coast.🙂👍🚴🚴‍♂🚴‍♀

      I love a good thunderstorm 😀 but can't imagine riding in one! ⛈️🚴⛈️ it sounds scary, fun, invigorating, and scary (again) all at the same time!

    What a great scenic & safe ride on that bike path. You have such good cycling infrastructure-I’m jealous! 😂 I’m surprised you don’t use flat pedals since you enjoy getting off your bike & exploring places. It’s hard walking around in clipless shoes. 🔥🚴🏻‍♂️🔥

      That's why I use MTB ones, much easier to walk in 😁 but I still get the benefits of being clipped in when riding steep gradients or speeding off as fast as I can! 😝

    Good this about Perth is there is still so much space that all new infrastructure has beautiful dedicated cycle ways built in.

      I think it's best in Australia (from what I've seen so far) 🤩

    Great to see your ride to Free! We are touring up aroud the Sound this week. We have until Sunday night before the rains return although it was drizzly out today. Having a great ride.

    Because many of the dedicated cycle paths are not connected and driver behaviour is atrocious. Perth is great at adding to the network but not so proactive when it comes to maintaining existing infrastructure. Hopefully they will work it out soon together with State Government following frances lead on legally protecting cyclists

    Can you show us some places where we can rent bikes. Reasonable quality bikes and not "mamacharies"

    • @CyclewithSerafina
      @CyclewithSerafina  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi 😀 I'm actually based in Adelaide, I'm not sure what rental bike places are in Perth, perhaps message 99 BIkes and ask them? they might know of some places and be well connected.

    Because for around 8 or 9 months of the year it is too bloody hot for anything other than recreational riding!!!!!!

    As a European who has ridden Perth a fair bit, I'll tell you. It's either way too hot or its sooooo windy. No comparison to Spain France, Mallorca...... sorry.

      @CyclewithSerafina  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      ie great bike paths, but not bike lanes on the main roads?

  • @zeljkozerjavic7008

    It is not enough to have cycleway next to freeway you need continuos cycleways mundijong rd, serpentine river, murray river, drains and lakes, city is too crowded over weekends better go to south beaches , lakes rivers hills 1:48 pinjara , mundurah, rockingham.
    I need 30min to get freeway because cycle paths are broken , have to go over hill through parks do 10+ km just to get to continuos cycleway.
    Without cycleways on the side of the freeway 30km left and right and without interconnections, not great to ride if you are not ready to risk your life on the streets and roads.
    Do your rich people read books, ride ebikes, How they becone rich ??
    Plenty of space for improvments probably the first push your rich people to read books and PRAISE JESUS AND MARRY otherwise ZERO POINTS.
    If you use ebike ride becomes much more enjoable less self abuse.

      This is a very interesting mixture of thought! 😃 I can only speak to the bike paths, which, while aren't perfect, are better than having no bike path 🚴‍♀️🚴 they are continually being upgraded, with more being made, may not in the timeframe we would like, but it's happening none the less. The best we can do is keep riding, and inspire more people to ride, then we influence the decision to make better cycling infrastructure 🤩🙏🚴‍♀️🚴

      "rich people"... WA is the wealthiest state in Australia because of mining.
