Don't shampoo more than 3 times a week, don't use conditioner more than 3 times a week and dont get your hair wet too often, max 4 times. When your hair is wet the proteins in your hear break, so wetting it too often will cause more breakage. Use oils every week, not every day tho. Dont brush your hair with a small thin comb. Be very gentle with drying hair. Try dry your hair with a hairdryer on the coolest mode. This reduces the time your hair is breaking. Dont use it too close or too hot, cool air is best.Make sure youre using shampoo on scalp, and conditioner on the hair. Check your shampoo / conditioner that it doesnt contain harmful ingredients. Ingredients like peppermint or coconut is super good. Be very gentle with hair. Dont put products in every day
Hi. Can i ask a question? Is it normal that some hair is getting on my hands when i run my fingers on it? Like when I'm styling my hair and I'm just touching it to the direction my hair is growing. Also, is it normal to lose about 40-60 hairs when I'm shampooing it? I only use shampoo 3-4 x a week and not using any conditioners. At the days i don't shampoo, I'm just wetting it with water and when I'm drying it with an old t shirt. There's still some hair falls. About 10-15 hairs. I don't know if this is still normal cause I'm just a 22 year old guy and no one in the family on both sides is bald. I'm afraid for what might happen so if there is any remedies to prevent it. It will surely help. Thank you in advance for the response 😊
@denkixd51 really? I feel like my crown part is thinning 😅 if you look closely at the top. Some says its thinning. I don't know if it's true. That's why I'm conscious now on my hair fall. Thanks mate!

Thanks for these vids man!! I’ve been growing my hair since March and I lost my motivation today. Thanks for this Luca! Really enjoy watching your videos - I’m 5 months into growing out my hair and it’s really helpful to hear from your experiences. The biggest tip from this is the hair oil one, will definitely try that 👍👍👍
Hey man, I’m not sure if using oils on your hair is a good long term solution to fix dry hair. People often use hair oils to moisten their hair, but when hair needs moisture, it is thirsty and needs a drink. In fact, oil and water don't mix. Oil actually repels water and either pushes it out of the hair or stops it from getting into the hair. Hair oils - and especially coconut oil - tend to seep into every tiny hole in your hair shaft and disguise the real problem to act as a quick-fix; this won't help your hair in the long-run. What you can do, and you did correctly advise this is using low PH hair products. You could also use moisturising masks regularly.

When I don’t shower, my hair gets extremely bad bed head and I haven’t found a way to rid it except a shower. How should I style it without showering everyday?
You can in fact shower and rinse your hair every day with water without stripping it of its natural oils. The point is just to not shampoo every single day. You should wash your hair using shampoo and/or conditioner only 2-3 times a week, however only using water every day of the week is no problem.

I'm growing out my hair from last 5 months, in between I come across your channel. And I'm really loving your content. ✨ Brother, do you have any suggestions for reducing hair fall..? (Note: My English is not that good, still learning. ☺️)
You might just be noticing the hair falling out because of it’s length. I’ve been growing mine for around 10 months now and I thought my hair was falling out for a while but it was only because hair loss is more noticeable when hair is longer. People usually lose around 50-100 hairs everyday, so as long as it’s not more than that then you have nothing to worry about! Your English is great by the way!
My hair its really nice after i hop out of the shower but then it gets kinda dry and its not smooth anymore, i take showers with hot water and i use shampoo once a week
i have this really weird thing where every part of my hair is straight except for the front strands and near my hairline, it is very very stringy and is so easily able to be ripped out, its super thin and can barely even be called hair, i dont know how to fix this and ive been working on it for years plz help
Damn bro I feel you man , my front hairs temples hairs hairline hairs are always frizzy and falling out and now my temples are receding hair oils don’t even help, but I shampoo everyday so maybe thsi is why
i have a problem. the salon i used to go to when i was a teen would relax my hair before shampooing without me realizing it. i only found out that they were doing it when one time the person shampooing it forgot to wash it off and burnt my scalp. i stopped going to that salon. but it left a permanent damage on my scalp. the hair grows off the area is now always dry and brittle and you can see the strands are thick and thin (like of a wavy pattern). i tried shaving my head multiple times thinking it would fix it back, but it never did. I've been having this problem for more than 10yrs now and I wanna grow my hair, but I can't because of it. :( do you what can I do?
A.K SHUBHANG i felt like i wanted to cut my hair midway through my journey but i kept going i used hats/beanies in the winter and i let it out in summer, trust me after 10month you’ll love it. Try to go to the barber shop every 4 month just to cut a little bit of the top so you don’t get split ends
So, I never used a shampoo in the last one and a half years and always went to apply oil 7 times a week for my hair. Still it's dry and damaged. Anything that can be done?
Want your hair to look the best??? Then push the limit of how long you can go without washing your hair. I’m married and my wife is not shy about telling me when my hair stinks or I’ve got bo. I wash my hair once a month and sometimes longer. When I do wash it, I use pure Castile soap and even so it just look dry and puffy. I’ve BBQ and had a strong smell of smoke in my hair and it disappears after about 48 hours and probably could have been covered up with some scented hair oil or something. I also sweat a good amount working out in my garage gym 5 days a week in the southeast US. I do have very puffy/fluffy hair though. So I never have to worry about my hair looking flat.
My problem is that my hair is getting curly when I put ricin oil or hair oil and I want them straight 🤨. Also I tried to grow my hair out but I have a type of hair that frizz it’s really ugly because my sides are still shorts
great vid! I would highly appreciate your recommendation, I've been growing out my hair for abt 10 months now and my final goal is to able to fit it all in a man bun which I think ill be able to achieve by the end of this year. My hair is very thick and coarse and wavy, I've read almost read everywhere not to thin hair while growing it out. Im on a stage where im still motivated but I would try to get some thinning done, would you recommend getting my hair thinned out or just get the split ends off? Thanks in advance.
Can you do another video on going to the barbers? I seem to only have the option to go to an expensive salon or a barber that does skin fades. Any research tips to look out for would be good - where in London do you go?
Hi! I have a question, i just started growing my hair since march and my biggest problem right now is that my hair is asymmetrical because 1 side is longer than the other and i plan on getting a maintenance cut in a few weeks. So should i tell my barber to make my hair symmetrical? Since i plan on growing my hair even more until i can achieve a man bun. Thank you very much to anyone that replies😄
Ever since i started using a conditioner especially for curls (i got it as a gift) my hair wouldnt shine like it used to and it would feel more light and dry. Also my hair used to curl VERY easily but not its doesnt almost at all. Can using a different type of conditioner change your hair like that? And also how should i fix that because i havent used that conditioner in a long time but my hair is still not changing :(
Does having a long hair can define a hairline? Please i need an answer Im on a 8th month no haircut stage and im confused if i need to grow my baby hair to define my hairlin or i should go to barber shop just to define it. Please answer me thanks!

So, I never used a shampoo in the last one and a half years and always went to apply oil 7 times a week for my hair. Still it's dry and damaged. Anything that can be done?
i suggest going to a barber or salon or even your doctor for advice, not youtube
anybody tell what background music he uses. He uses the same music in every video if y'all have noticed.

When should you apply hair oil when you’re new to it?
Apparently the new formula of the argan oil is rubbish due to being too greasy?
So the use of hair oil is better after taking a bath? Or can I use it daily, even if I haven’t wash my hair?
is it good to have olive oil?
Bruh my hair is dry asf when I go in the pool it's still dry I have curly hair
Curly hair is a curse
My problem is that my hair is getting curly when I put ricin oil or hair oil and I want them straight 🤨. Also I tried to grow my hair out but I have a type of hair that frizz it’s really ugly because my sides are still shorts
Yes these are always so helpful!!
Hey this is weird but you have a nice channel
Thot Patrol thank you!!! Means a lot
Glad you think so!
3:21 so are you saying acidic shampoo is good to your hair , or am i missing something ?
Can i use conditioner as my shampoo?
Hey Luca where did you get the earring from?
Can you make a perfect video on how to cut hair or what to tell barber while growing it out
Can you do another video on going to the barbers? I seem to only have the option to go to an expensive salon or a barber that does skin fades. Any research tips to look out for would be good - where in London do you go?
Shampoo every other day but its okay to wash my hair with just water daily right?
Yes. Explain that you're growing it. You want to keep as much length as possible and only want it to be evened out.
@@mosley3485 understood, thanks for the reply! I really appreciate it
Hello from lebanon
I have thin, wavy anddry hair
Can i grow it up and have a long hair?
And how to deal with the awkward stage (2-3 inches)?
when you say use oil on hair does that apply to using oil everyday???
Ever since i started using a conditioner especially for curls (i got it as a gift) my hair wouldnt shine like it used to and it would feel more light and dry. Also my hair used to curl VERY easily but not its doesnt almost at all. Can using a different type of conditioner change your hair like that? And also how should i fix that because i havent used that conditioner in a long time but my hair is still not changing :(
thanks for mentioning the importance of ph level, I didn't know that till now...
