I'm 8 months into my hair growth from an undercut and I agree that losing 50-100 strands is 100% normal especially when you shampoo. If you wash your hair only once or twice a week (which is totally fine) there will be a lot of buildup in grease, dirt, and oils in your hair which will contribute heavily to breakage so when you lather shampoo in your hair and rub conditioner into your ends, inevitably, hair will fall out. Nice explanation Luca :)

to anyone who wishes to know the kinds of things your hair may or may not need, looking into hair porosity is a very good idea, as not all hair is equal, and some hair may not need certain oils or other things as often, or at all, compared to other kinds of hair that may need these things more regularly. Hair porosity can also help determine how often you probably need to shampoo and condition. It's quite different from person to person.
I've been growing my hair since mid march since shaving all hair off to grade 3, right now i look like my dad 😭😭😭😭😭😂 i need the hair to outgrow its current look. I look like a beatles band member and that aint good

I let my hair grow out last year and it got really ugly. I'll hopefully come back a year later to say something about his hair tips when I grow it all out again 💖
So everyone out there is saying that you should wash your hair one or two times a week if you want it to be healthier. I’m trying to do that but I use hair wax and other hair products after I shower, and I don’t know if having those chemicals in my hair for more than two days can cause a significant damage or in the worst case balding, could anyone please recommend me what should I do?
Ive been growing my hair out for 7 months now i started at march but sadly my teacher told me to cut it but damn i dont want to even though im at the awkward stage im liking how i look and if i cut it i might not have another chance to grow it since this quarantine was the only opportunity.
I really loved your advice but i have one personal question for me, I am using chemical free shampoo and conditioner and i use onion oil, leave it in my hair for the night once a week and i use egg, mix it in 1 spoon coconut oil and 1 capsule of vitamin E. Leave it in my hair for 1 hour once a week. And I don't use any hair products. Would i have any problem??? Means i have been suffering from hair fall, little more than 100 hairs per day. Would i be able to control it completely.????

My crown is slowly thinning, can you give me some tips to prevent this? It's like a cookie size of thin hair. I usually have a long thick hair so i can see the difference at my crown.
