Some things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing hair ties because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to shield my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.
I am using Liitlleextra Cocoonioon shampoo for 5 months now and have gone through 3 bottles so far. Pros: 1. It feels natural. 2. My hair feels great after washing, especially if you don’t apply any hair oil. 3. Yes, hair fall has reduced a lot gradually. 4. The scalp feels clean and it definitely works on dandruff. Cons: 1. It doesn’t lather much, so you may need to use a little more product. 2. When I heavily oil my hair, I find my hair still sticky after the wash, and a slight residue of oil can still be felt.

I’ve been using Blumaan for a long time now and it really adds shine and makes my hair soft. I mainly apply to my hair when wet as I have naturally oily hair and skin (didn’t come from over washing, that’s just how I am). However I’ve never done the hair mask method yet, and I might do that tomorrow, though I won’t leave it in overnight I’ll probably just leave it for an hour before showering

I’ve watched videos to not use conditioner because it makes your hair flat and I like mine fluffy. Later on I realized I liked my with volume and a bit greasy but not dirty greasy. I shampoo everyday which gives me my volume but it made my hair dry and frizzy. This has been so useful now I know to use oil everyday when I use shampoo. Thank you so much!
@@matthewgoodson9275 It greatly depends on the exact kind of hair you have, and I don't mean whether it's wavy/curly or long/short. Specifically, the exact kind of hair you have (whether it's coarse or fine, thick or thin, heavy or light, etc). The reason there's so much conflicting information is because, well, everyone pretty much has different hair. Same reason there's hundreds of thousands of different products out there. These are things you kind of just have to try and see if they work for you. Despite everyone having different qualities of hair, there are still some general ground rules. The general rule of thumb when it comes to longer hair (somewhere between the bottom of your ears and the top of your shoulders or beyond) is to shampoo as infrequently as possible. This is because shampooing can actually severely dry out and damage your hair, even if you use conditioner or other products to hydrate it. This really only concerns longer hair, if your hair is cut extremely short, you don't really have to worry about this because you're likely getting haircuts at least once a month to keep it that length. It's a fairly common experience for many people with longer hair to have "bad hair days" the day they wash their hair in the shower, but as they spend more days not shampooing afterwards, the natural oils in the hair keep it looking healthy and hydrated. So it's not uncommon for folks with longer hair to shampoo their scalp as little as once a week, possibly even once a month. Dry shampoos can be used in the interim to keep any excess oil under control, and keep your hair feeling and smelling clean. One of the very first things I ask anyone who has problems with their hair is how often they shampoo it. If you wash your hair every single day, try dialing it back. Honestly try going as long as possible without actually putting shampoo in your hair. Wash and condition it on a Monday, and see how long you can deal with it before it starts to feel even slightly gross. I want to stress that I mean _wash_ your hair. You can still totally get your hair wet, detangle it in the shower with a wet brush, do all the maintenance needed to get dead hair out of your scalp, etc. Just don't use shampoo. Instead, supplement the scent department with other products like oils, leave in conditioners, or styling creams. These can work with the natural oils produced by your hair, and can potentially make it look far healthier and better than if you just washed your hair with shampoo and conditioner every single day. The trick to this is to figure out your breaking point. Some people produce oil very rapidly and HAVE to wash very frequently, others it's not much of an issue to deal with at all. I for example only wash and condition my hair once a week. However, I get my hair wet in the shower every day and thoroughly detangle it while it's wet. If it feels like it might be getting a bit too oily, I use some dry shampoo in specific spots to control the oil and refresh my hair. You would likely be very surprised at how much of a difference changing something as simple as your shampooing frequency can influence the look, feel, and overall health of your hair. Once you figure that part of it out, the rest is just experimenting with different kinds of products. Try out an oil, see if it improves your hair. Try a styling cream. Try a leave-in conditioner. Try a spray, or a wavy cream. Try a few different varieties of these different products. Give 'em a whirl, see if there's any improvements.

Can you do a video on how you keep your hair looking good without washing every day while having a consistent exercise routine? I feel like my hair is grim after going on a run just because of the sweat
If you exercise daily and sweat quite a bit then I’m sorry to say that you may have no choice than to wash your hair every second day. In between washes you could try dampening your hair with a spray bottle, maybe mix in a bit of leave in cream with the water. Then spray some dry shampoo when your hair is still damp, then either wait a few minutes before rubbing the dry shampoo into your scalp then leave it to air dry or dry your hair with a brush and hairdryer. Add a tiny bit of cloud control or frizz ease when your hair is dry to combat any frizz/flyaways, you should be left with nice soft, refreshed hair.
Is it just me that basically never feels the need to wash their hair? I too exercise and sweat daily, but i never feel the need to wash my hair. Hi luca, i have been trying to grow my hair but i have to wear a hairband otherwise hair goes in my eyes. So due yo this my hairline is receeding. What should i do?
Hey man - any wearables such as hats, hair ties or hair bands won’t cause your hair to recede. If hair recession is a concern of yours - I’d start by seeking a professional opinion. Minoxidil and/or finasteride are the most popular and common solutions. Hope that helps and good luck!

Question: If I've been using some kind of styling product during the day, I want to wash my hair before going to bed. Is it OK to leave the oil in over night? Wouldn't it make my pillowcase (and through that my face) greasy?
Depends. If you're using a few drops of oil to just lock in the moisture and nourish your hair, it won't affect your face or pillow much. But if you're doing a hair mask, which is using alot of oil, then you might want to invest in a bed towel as mentioned in the video.

I have longer hair, I mostly apply oil from mid length to ends, try out both ways from scalp to end and mid length to ends, see which one works better for you. I find mid length works for me

Midway through 2023. Been growing my hair since COVID with regular maintenance cuts since covid ended. Used Beard Oil for years prior to the pandemic, so needed to find good hair oil and application strategy to optimize hair health. Constantly get compliments on my hair/beard now, which is good because I'm butt ugly in the face - remember boys, if girls can lie wearing a Wonderbra and caking makeup, you can lie by covering up the ugly with natural fuzz gifts.
Hey luca , can you give some tips for guys having dandruff? That might help so many guys out their with long hair and facing this issue.
Am going balder and balder i have hair long like yours. But yeah my top hair starting go away
Tonight i out olive oil on my head ((google said it help)) and now searching youtube and dropped here
Hey this is super off topic but I just watched your video from two years ago on hair thinning. I am 26 and just started to notice my hair thinning these past 6 months or so. Seems like more hair than normal is falling out when I comb my fingers through in the morning. Seems like in the front, above my forehead area I can see my scalp more. But like you... I still have a full head of hair. How has it progressed for you? Has it slowed down? Is it just mature hairline? No one is bald in my family. Would love to hear your experience. You still seem to have a full head of hair lol.
Good stuff. I'm just now starting to use a hair dryer and products so this info is really useful.
Should we use hair oil daiiy during winter season as winter cold and air makes our hairs dry, frizzy and causes dandruff?
Amazing vid for the gentlemen. Thank you!
So after oiling your hair, should you shampoo or conditioner it off? And how long should you keep it on your hair?
Hello, I have this question also and I haven't been able to find the answer, what did you do in the end? I have kinda dry hair naturally
@@JoseSantos-el8nj i oil my hair before shampoo, like saturate root to end and then shampoo after an hour and follow up with a hair mask or silicone free root to tip conditioner. Then when it's semi dry i use 2 to 3 drops of light oil on my lengths. I wash my hair once or twice a week.
What's your opinion on wearing your hair up and man buns causing receding hairlines?
I wear my hair up in pony tail or man bun, you shouldn’t have issues just don’t overly tighten the hair band
@@jordanian4477 Yep, that's what I think too. Some people argue that any kind of action that pulls the hair back is going to lead to traction alopecia.

Finally got persuaded to try hair oil when nothing helped with my dandruff. Glad people like you exist when this stuff doesn't come with instructions
A lot of “dandruff” isn’t really dandruff, just dry scalp from over washing
I've picked up my going to the gym lately, to 5 days per week and I've gone from washing my hair every 4 to 5 days to 4-5 times per week. Thus my hair has been much more oily than it used to be when I don't shampoo and I've started getting some dandruff as well. I can't NOT shower because I tend to sweat a lot when I challenge my body physically. Any advice on what I could do to minimize the negative parts of my situation?
well im not sure if this helps but for me i usually just wash my hair with water (i try to get all of the oil n dirt off my hair) and i usually shampoo 2-1 time per week, i do get dandruff but not a lot bcuz i use hair oils whenever i go out ,
Or just like…. Don’t wash your hair every time you shower?
@@kxr9663 do you apply hair oil everytime after washing your hair with just water?
@@the1stmetalhead yup, but ill leave my hair to air dry for a few minutes(around 30-40min) n then dry it with my towel , then i put the hair oil on my hair, i do this bcuz it feels better and easy to put on, but it depends on ur hair tho, cuz i permed my hair

Sounds just like the beard oiling process. Which is good because I’m use to that routine. After three years of growing my hair I figured I should start treating it better. I’m glad it’s an easy process.
Will using hair oil help thicken my hair? I have such awful thin hair and I’m scared it will get too thin one day and cause hair loss
what are you doing for that now
The oil are only for hair, not the roots or scalp
Miss you x
I hope you see this. Ive seen how people dropped 2-3 drops on the splitting part of the hair and somehow spready it from there.
I used hairoil years ago when i used to have long hair, but I thing i used it wrong as it felt like once I run my hands through my hair the oil gets used up immediately.
any advice on how to apply it evenly?
This!!! I have the same issue, I need about two to three tablespoons to even feel like my hair has been coated evenly
I've heard using a super fine tooth comb(or a really dense bristle brush)is really good at carrying oil along hair.
Super video Luca 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Genes => pituitary gland => hormones... dictate the amount of sebum that's being produced.
Washing your skin once a day or once a week *cannot affect one's skin or trick the skin into producing less oil* .
Thank you so much for making this video
So are you supposed to get the hair oil on your scalp too? Or just on the ends
hey Luca can you please make a video on how you tied your hair in depth pelase?
Since it’s recommended to apply hair oil to damp hair, are you supposed to apply hair oil before shampooing or after? If it’s after shampooing then when should you wash your hair off the oils?
One hour befor apply shampoo
Can you make a tutorial on Zayn's strand quiff hairstyle and some other hairstyles like spiky

The cloud control hair oil seems to be sold out everywhere, is there another hair oil product you recommend?
is it ok to have both leave in conditioner and oil in hair at same time or is that just gonna make my hair a swamp
ok so I understand not washing everyday but if I apply a hair product for styling how do I go about cleaning it up daily without washing?
Love your videos! Amazing :D
Wow your gorgeous 🤩. And I don’t mean that in a flirty way, it’s a genuine compliment.

Hi Luca, Do you put shampoo in your hair when it is dry, or do you rinse with water first? I have dandruff, and ususally i have always put shampoo in my hair before rinsing with water, because i always felt that my hair would still be oily after shower. But wathing your video makes me think that it would probably be better, to rinse first then apply shampoo, in order to leave residues of oil in my hair. Thanks for this video, which i found very informative and interesting.
I don't know if you'll see this but can I apply hair oil to facial hair?
i only use coconut oil.... i apply it at night leave it overnight and then wash it the next day with shampoo and i do this 1 time a week... is it ok?
What a great video. Shopzenata has fantastic oils. Highly recommended. 😉💌💌
I hope I can get a response to this question but is it a good idea for me to wear oil to work (I work in construction) so I’m out in the sun 8-9 hours a day. And also how many times a week do you put oil in your hair?
Hi Luca I have been growing out my hair and it has been approximately 7 months and I have a dry scalp and frezzy hair ,by the way my hair type is wavy/curly . The best part Is I have never noticed that my hair is going through awkward stage😁🤣. Your videos are so great and very informative, it's so addictive 👍⭐⭐But how many monts it would take to make a manbun Luca 🤔
My mate had long hair for nearly 2yrs, he cut his hair short but is back into his hair growth journey and is 9 months in. Whereas I'm 6 months into my journey. He said for a half up and half down look give it around 8-10 months, for a man bun which can be managed to be tied 12 months, and for a bun which can be tied effortlessly and with ease 15 months.
how much time should rosemary oil stay in ur hair after applying
dont take it from me but heres what google says:
"While some leave oil in their hair overnight, but usually one-two hours should suffice"
Hi Luca my hair is really healty, but i want to full fill my residing hair line, which is stating just now....
So, my mother went to beauty school to be a hair dresser & 1 of the VERY IMPORTANT things I learned from her was that oil and water DONT MIX! You should NEVER apply oil to WET HAIR. That can cause even more damage, when applying heat to dry it.
Otherwise, the rest of what he’s saying is correct.
But please…do NOT apply ur oil until ur hair is already dry!!! Ur welcome!
Does this apply to curly hair? I’ve seen a lot of videos that says that using hair oil on your curly hair won’t help it, is this true?
Just a quick question bruh
About your previous about 7 months ago about shampoo bar, do you use conditioner after shampoo bar or not? & If you use then which one ? and is there a conditioner bar?
Good luck bro
I've got curly hair (not wavy) applying oil on my hair while wet doesnt spread evenly and applying while dry, it frizzes and pulls at my hair when i try putting oil on. It gets hard trying to use a small amout of oil on my long thick curly hair, any tips?
Any suggestions on other brands? Cloud control is sold out online. Any options down at common local stores that are good?
Do you wash your hair again after applying the oil? Or u just leave it be
My hair was down to my lower chest and I just cut it to my shoulders. Def regret it but idk.
if i oil my hair when it’s very wet is it better to use a towel or let it air dry?
and is it fine if i only use it when it’s very wet and not when it’s damp and dry?(so using it once after a shower not 2-3 times thank you!
Hey, can you make a video about hair tonic.
Do you apply on scalp too?
Very informative thank you
Hi luca, i have been trying to grow my hair but i have to wear a hairband otherwise hair goes in my eyes.

Am I supposed to take two showers? I don't want to make a mess in my bathroom just by washing my hair
Thanks for applying hair oil method. But I have a question I have good amount of hair in front but some are small and I feel they are not growing fast. Can you help me with it. Front hairs are baby hairs but mine are dense and thick but not growing fast and it makes my hairstyle looks kind bangs like. So please any advice will be helpfull
Thanks for the vidéo !
I shampoo 2-3 times per week so that means I have to oil my hair 2-3 times, right?

Hey man. You mentioned by applying oil you won’t have to shampoo your hair as much. Problem then is how do you wash the oil out thoroughly?
You don’t need to wash the oil out! Perfectly fine to leave it in until whenever you next wash.
HEY BRO
DO U GET HAIRS WHILE OILING.
What shampoo do you recommend me to use for long hair if I can't get shampoo bars?
It seemed like you were only applying the oil to the ends of your hair. I usually only apply a few drops to my scalp after shampooing. Any recommendations for going one way or the other?
I have longer hair, I mostly apply oil from mid length to ends, try out both ways from scalp to end and mid length to ends, see which one works better for you. I find mid length works for me
You’re supposed to only focus on mid lengths to ends even if your scalp is naturally dry, however you can do the mask method when you soak your hair completely with the oil then leave in for like an hour or if you want to be extra leave in overnight then wash out in the morning
@@gagalover2k10 I use a prewash and postwash oil. I think I will try continuing to apply to scalp for prewash and do mid-lengths to end for postwash from now on, thanks.
