Polyiso vs. Mineral Fiber Insulation

This video demonstrates the fast installation of Hunter Xci polyiso continuous rigid insulation versus mineral fiber on a steel stud wall. This demo shows the time-saving benefits of installing Hunter Xci CG Class A direct to steel studs, creating the thermal control layer as well as an air barrier layer by treating the seams with Xci BarriBond XL Liquid Sealant. Installation of cladding rail system over Xci CG Class A provides additional time-savings as well as enhanced thermal performance versus metal Z-brackets.
