    You're a genius.
    My dumbass uses those magnets to pull bolts/screws/nuts all the time. Never even THOUGHT to use them to reassemble 🤯

      I don't know about genius, haha. It's just something I tried once, and it worked! If you get lucky and the magnet is strong enough, you can not only put the nut/bolt into position, but you can also give a couple of turns to start it and than finish it with the proper tools. Thank you for watching and commenting, Im glad you enjoyed it!

    Bro you make it look so easy. I am having this problem right now. Dont know if its the engine mount. My car shudders when braking. Alot of vibrations in the cockpit. Passanger seat proper vibrates when doing more than 60 or just say high speed. Ive already changed my rotors and brake pads. Still having this problem

      When you replaced the front brakes and rotors, did you clean the hub from rust and gunk? What you are describing I doubt that would be engine mount related. It is most likely in the braking system or the suspension. Did you try to see if there is play in the wheel bearing? It's hard to help when I don't see the car, but I strongly doubt that what you are describing is engine mount related

      You can test your engine mounts by power braking to see if there is play in them

      @@TheGiantMechanic haha bro the mechanic did it. Ive no idea about car parts but when i power brake my steering vibrates and tries to go left or right. Also theres always a vibration on the steering wheels when i am driving. I mean always. Its been going around for 3 years i think i just couldnt be asked back then haha. Now its starting to annoy me. Also when i speed and do around 80 mph on the highway the whole theres a heavy vibration. Specially my passsnger seat.

      @@TheGiantMechanic also had a wheel alignment 2 years go. But the vibration is still there. Sick of this shit lol

      @manamlimbu the passenger seat might just need to be tightened, I have seen bolts get loose. The constant vibration at any speed might be bent rims, flat spots on tires. The balance of the tires might be out too, but you would only feel that at higher speeds, not always. The driveshaft might cause vibrations also. Have you talked with your mechanic about these issues? If he is decent, he should find the issue fast. I wish I could help you more, but without seeing the car and touching it, I am just guessing at this point

    How did you come to conclusion that u needed new mounts? Any sounds or wobbles u moticed?

    • @TheGiantMechanic
      @TheGiantMechanic  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In the video, I mentioned that the car started slightly vibrating and at slow speeds driving on an uneven surface, I would hear a clunking noise. I power braked as well to see how much movement there was, and although it wasn't crazy it was still more than it should be

    Can you tell if the engine mounts are bad by rocking the engine by hand? If it rocks ok, does that mean the mount are still good?

    • @TheGiantMechanic
      @TheGiantMechanic  หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can't because you are testing the front struts by doing that, not the engine mounts. To check your engine mounts, do something called power braking. Putting the car is drive, and while holding the brake pedal, start accelerating every 3 seconds to see if the engine is jumping up, which would indicate the mount being bad. Do the same thing, just not in drive, but reverse to check the other mount. Hope this helps

    Torque specs for mount bolts and top nut?

    • @TheGiantMechanic
      @TheGiantMechanic  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      From what I remember, the top nut is 35lbft, and the two lower bolts are 18lbft
