I'm always jealous of those who can fit everything into a single case or bag. Wow! We do weddings differently, but I have a high-roof van so I can cram all the sh*t that I use.
I'm not a Sony shooter, but you are spot on with your lens selections. I use the Nikon Z or Tamron G equivalents. And the 24-70 are my workhorses. Thanks for sharing.
Hello Aryan, do you shoot handlheld all the time or dod you use the tripod or gimbal. Also if you use the gimbal do you swap lenses and rebalance? would like to know your what your process is. Also is the Sigma 24 70 2.8 heavy on the camera? how does it play with a gimbal?
So I personally spend most of my day handheld on the Sony 50mm f1.2 GM I bought a couple months ago. About 70% of the day is handheld for me and 30% of the gimbal (with the same 50mm lens). I've always got my gimbal balanced and ready to go for the 50mm. If I ever need to swap lenses for my gimbal then yes I just rebalance it but it's very rare that I do. My second shooter is usually on a monopod with the Sigma 24-70mm. The 24-70mm is heavy but it's not too crazy in my opinion. I used to use it all day and it was just fine. If you're looking for a lighter option tho, consider the Sigma 28-70mm I talked about in the video. It's almost the same lens but it's much smaller and lighter. If you don't care for the difference between 24mm & 28mm then that's your best bet.
You should get yourself 2 mini mixers, on the off chance you have 2 performers, with neither having any more available outputs for you to use. That way you can have their output going in to your mixer and out to their system and also out to your H4n
Haha! Tell us that you don't understand what probably 90+% of wedding videographers are filming weddings with without telling us that you don't understand what 90+% of wedding videographers are filming with...
Also, the a7IV shoots photo AND video (obviously). In as much as you're classifying it as a photo camera, it's just as much a video camera. Technically speaking, it's advertised as a 'hybrid' camera.
The Sony A7IV is a Hybrid camera. It does both photo and video well. It’s a Jack of all trades camera. I recommend it! The dual SD card slots are clutch!

Different strokes for different folks I guess lol

I'll definitely look into that. Thanks!
very well put together video, you tube finally got something right with target audience
Thanks! I appreciate you watching
How do you clean your lenses? They look so clean. I have the Same ones but my focus rings have white on them like they look dry or something
I don't do anything special man. My Sigma Art lens is starting to get those white marks now too. Not sure how to fix it.
I love your filming setup, the background looks so nice! Sweet lighting
Thank you! It's been a long time in the making
Awesome
Where do you rent the lens? Nice video!
I rent it from a local camera shop in my city called Photo Central. Thanks for watching.
Great video. Crazy that you downplayed that 28-70 😮 those shots were gorgeous 🔥
Didn't mean to downplay it haha. It's truly a stunning lens. It's just not my main lens, that's all. Thanks for watching!
I can't manage to find a sleeve for the Sony Tx660, any recommendations?
You are awesome!
I feel so refreshed, like I could go out and film a wedding now! Thank you so much!
You’re shooting video with a photo camera ? Clients getting ripped off lol

Welcome to the entire wedding videography industry, no one uses cinema cameras for long for this use case
