    It would be sweet to see a simple set up of a sprinkler system for one zone. Just the breakdown of best practices and things to do and not to do. Just an idea :) Great videos!

    First congratulations for the videos. If you can help me, my system has 4 stations (zones with some sprinklers) and suddenly station 1 started running together with station 3 and vice versa, and also with less pressure than usual. Stations 2 and 4 runs normal. I already looked at the schedule and there is no schedule or program that runs simultaneously, in fact I only have a single schedule or program. Thanks.

      If two zones are running at same time low pressure would be contributed to that. As to why they all of sudden are running at same time, you may want to double check that you have exactly one start time and all the other ones for that program and all the others are indeed off. If that is right, I would check wire connections and then lastly the controller may be going out and needing replaced. Hope this helps!

    I have a question for your channel I live in Michigan it's turning spring here how do I know when it's time to turn in my irrigation daytime temps anywhere from 45 to 70 night temps range from 35 to 50 thanks for your time

      @thesprinklerchannel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question. I would ensure no chance of freezing temps at night. Typically spring time has enough precipitation where one can delay turning on sprinklers too until you’re in the clear. Hope this helps.

    My sprinkler looks like this. I'm wondering if I can swap out the model to one that can be controlled via a web app.
    Is that something the typical home owners can do?

    So, to clarify, the seasonal adjustment setting is: 1) a MANUAL adjustment only - ie. not automatic - when the homeowner sees it necessary to alter their previously input timer settings and that, 2) the manual seasonally adjusted setting (ie. percentage change that was manually done via the seasonal adjustment setting) will continue to OVERRIDE original settings until such time as homeowner returns original setting back to 100% and 3) is not driven by or based on any calendar-based inputs that may have been required when original settings were input?

    • @thesprinklerchannel
      @thesprinklerchannel  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great questions! Yes, the seasonal adjust is a setting that has to be done manually unless your clock is capable of and a solar sync sensor (for Hunter controllers) is added. If a solar sync sensor is added then the changes would be done automatically without needing to do what’s shown in this video. Any changes as shown in this video will continue to have their affect on the station run times until further changes are made. Thanks for asking these questions!
