Prithviraj Chavan is one of the very sincere ministers in the congress government. Chavan is a graduate of BITS Pilani and University of California, Berkeley in mechanical engineering. Very simple and down-to-earth person.

I believe Mr Modi has succeeded partially in misinformation through Godi media and his speeches. He has also made many to get into understanding the Congress manifesto.
