I did your nose lift in one session, my noe has changed hugely since, I used to suck my thumb as a baby, had a dent in my fine small nose. It’s lifted. Lots of room inside quite different.
For me awareness and concentration! And doing this exercise slowly! I can really feel this exercise when I'm laying down! I'll admit most of the time I tend to do the exercises when sitting up. The people that have given you a hard time about your exercise routines have not taken the time to become aware of the right muscles to awaken and move while doing these routines!! It's a bit of a rush 😍🙋👍 when you do figure out the exact finger placement and feel the actual muscles move under your fingers!! We that take the time?? Thank you very much!! Hi Tammy, you are so right. The problem is people have to watch a video, and really only watch part of it and dont get all of the information. How much I can say thank you peta, I don't know, but to infinity! I'm in the last week of serie 2 and I really can feel the difference on my face especially my cheek, I love this feeling it changes my days I'm more happy ! You are an angel ❤
I actually like your exercises and explanations, including this one. I find it difficult to reliably keep my forehead from getting involved, but after playing around with it for a minute, Im starting to get there. After just 50 reps, I can definitely feel it all the way across my cheeks.
Hi Laleli, I have been in the gym with Peta for over 2 years, we need to start on Series 1 and do all the exercises in that series for 6 weeks, starting with 50 reps for 2 weeks, then 100 reps for 2 weeks then 150 for 2 weeks, we do the exercises for 5 days each week then on the 6th day we do massage and power lift, then 7th day is rest. After completing 6 weeks we have a week off, during this week we practice the exercises for the next series, then after the resting week we start series 2. I'd l'île to ask you a question. I'll be 54 next week and I've got more and more wrinkles around the chin. The skin is mess and less firm. Hi Laleli I am a gym member I have been with Peta for over 2 years, we all have areas of concern on our faces, if we stay at it things improve, it all takes time follow the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on youtube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years. @@rashmim4787 Mrs. Peta just mentioned that it has to be a full face routine, otherwise face will droop and sag, and you cannot skip any exercise in a series, if you experiencing eye pain you will need to consult a doctor first
