My life has changed so much since doing my first round of MBA in 2020, and I have manifested some epic shit! The newborn baby stage struggle is real! I have 3 and each time I found myself so incredibly happy but also in survival mode. It’s truly a beautiful, exhausting and magical experience all at the same time. Thank you for sharing, he is perfect 😍. #mbagiveaway
The only thing easier about the newborn stage than others is the fact that their capacity for mischief is at its lowest levels thanks to their lack of language and mobility. . . it satisfies the controlling side of our personalities 😂
I am far from a perfect parent but there is one perspective I somehow realized early on that I wish I could share with every parent. Never say “I can’t wait until . . .” Enjoy each stage the way it is. They need to go through it for their own development and we need those challenges to help us grow to become the best parents we can be for that child. Learn from the challenges and embrace the joys of every single stage, because every stage has both and I am grateful for every single one❤

Kathrin, you have changed my life. I took Epically Aligned last year for the second year in a row, and was serious about manifesting a family. I found out I was pregnant just a few weeks later. Throughout the first few weeks of pregnancy I was literally writing out my year, my dreams, and what my reality would look like. Little did I know how soon it would start to come to fruition.
Later in the year I found out we were pregnant at the same time. Talk about being in alignment with my favorite spiritual master- SO COOL haha! My pregnancy didn’t show up in the way I was expecting… does it ever!? I was single, and Dad did not want to be involved.
When it came time to deliver my son, I had the most traumatic birth ever, Isaac was separated from me for 24 hours as they had to life flight him right after delivery to another hospital. As I stayed separated from him I drew firm lines in the sand and told myself over and over “this is happening for me.”
I couldn’t have stood firm in that place if it weren’t for you, epically aligned, and all the podcasts I’ve listened to and followed. His birth truly was FOR me, and today I have the most healthy and precious gift ever. You are a gift from Heaven.

I've been suffering from severe depression and anxiety for several years. I was lost, full of fears and redefining what it means to be myself. I found my holistic path 2 years ago when I started working with female coaches in the spiritual market and that's how I met you. The last part of 2022 was very hard for me. I ended a 14 year relationship and stayed was too long even though I was unhappy. I was having panic attacks and was so depressed and and couldn’t even get out out bed. I changed my life for the better and moved cross country and started my new life.

This is just insane. I've been following your journey for years, from the early days of MB. you are literally the reason I can keep going every single day. I'm in such a dark place in my life. I'm a broke freelance model and I often find myself sitting on the couch (that was given to me by my family, is WAY too big for our tiny apartment, and is an absolute pet hair magnet) just worrying about how I'm going to go from making $1k a month to my dream of $10k a month. I can barely afford rent every month and the only reason I can eat is because of state benefits and my boyfriend. Sometimes there's a very loud call from the darkness, beckoning me. But there's a stronger call from the light, made up of so many voices, including yours. Your life is so different than the one I imagine for myself, but you are one of the biggest inspirations in life to keep going. I literally wrote in my journal last night when I was having a very anxious night, "I'm having my Manifestation Babe moment". So thank you. #mbagiveaway
My husband and me were born in Russia but grew up in Germany then our parents immigrated to Canada where we got married and had our first, now waiting for our second. We speak German and english to him. I speak Russian to him when he asks for it and my mom teaches him Russian as well. He usually responds in English and sometimes in German.

I've been following your journey for a couple of years, and it's been literally life-changing. I stumbled upon you when I hit a low point in my life, and I didn't stop until I listened to every single podcast episode you've published. When I took a walk, when I was driving to work, before I went to sleep. All the time. I've noticed a significant mindset shift from your work; thank you for your generosity in sharing your journey. I had my second baby totally unassisted in our bathtub at home after my first birth being an unplanned cesarean. I felt, at the moment of my second daughter’s birth, that I had gathered the vestiges of my power from the farthest corners of the universe and tucked them all safely back in the downy nest of my heart. I am so happy I found your podcast less than a year ago. As someone that has moved across the world multiple times - from the Czech Republic to New Zealand, then Spain, Iceland, and finally to the Canadian mountains, I have been always on the go and barely had time to stop and ask what I really want. Who am I deep down? What are my true desires? Moving across the world multiple times within the last decade was so so unbelievably hard on so many levels. Yet I would have chosen hard all over again. No complaints here. I am grateful for all my up and downs, all my past experiences, for growing up in a Communist country, and for all the wonderful men I have left behind so I can travel more, so I can travel further. Was I escaping from something or running toward something? I am not quite sure. What I am sure of though, is that I am grateful for how it shaped me. And the last year, I am grateful for all your podcasts and also for finding James through you. You two are already shaping my life in another way :) Something has suddenly clicked and I do feel aligned with myself and who I want to become more than ever before.
After starting Epically Aligned a few weeks ago, it felt like I have found one of the missing puzzle pieces in my life. I expect the best. The best of people, of situations. I don't expect things to be perfect, but to work out in ways that lead me to my destiny. The failures are more important than the successes. In fact, I don’t call them failures anymore - they are just little pieces of rocks on the road called life. Making time for my friends is much more important than making time to work. I never take sunny or rainy days (I LOVE rain) or my health for granted. I seize every moment and opportunity- including opportunities to rest, nap in the sunshine, and eat chocolate. Growth is not linear. I’ll have days where I scream cry in the shower and days where I happily cry on mountain summits. None of it is wrong and I am not broken. I am just putting myself back together how I was meant to be all along.
Life goes really really fast. I have time, but I also don't. So I strive to create more than I consume. I now listen to the signs the universe (not so) gently shows me. I am in control of my free time, I don't wait for other people or opportunities to find me, I attract and create what I want in life.
My goal is to work on my dreams every day and to find a therapist that I can open to and can practice vulnerability (which is one of the biggest challenges in my life as of now).
I am very much looking forward to the MBA doors opening so I can work even deeper on working towards a life filled with more peace and freedom.

Whoever said it gets harder and that the newborn phase wasn’t as hard definitely experienced an anomaly lol I have a 2yr old and a 3yr old who were both exclusively breastfed and please believe it was the newborn phase that has been the most difficult so far! I know we have a long way to go but pumping and feeding schedules, sleep schedules….. all of that was most challenging! I haven’t even gotten through the entire video, I’m at the pumping recap and was like “who told her this wasn’t the hardest part! It is!!” Lol Y’all’s teamwork though will alway be the magic that makes everything that much better. I love that hubs gets to see first hand and his newfound respect for mamas!

My ‘baby’ is 10 years old now and watching this video is making me access forgotten newborn memories 😍 feels like worlds ago now. They change so much all the time - videos are incredible to look back on ❤️
Also anyone who says that having a newborn is the easiest part is forgetting it all!!! The way I described it to my friends at the time was that it is objectively ‘easy’ but subjectively so, so tough. Like, objectively it’s a few things to focus on: sleeping, feeding, washing, checking if they’re cold/hot/happy etc but subjectively doing all of that on no sleep, the shock of it all, the hormones, the uncertainty, never having done any of it before, not sure if you’re doing it right, worrying about every little change in cry or puke/poop colour 😂 it’s endless! AND whilst trying to work! It’s the hardest part, without a doubt. Having said that though; you are absolutely bossing it. It’s so impressive and inspirational.

Kathrin you are a queen! I wish I had someone like you around when I had my children. I was a young mum and second guessed my way through (let's face it- I still am!) They are young adults now and I finally feel like I am coming up for breath and your podcast is one I listen to religiously that helps to be a better version of myself for not only my children, but for me! I am starting to invest more and more time in myself and being part of MBA has been on my vision board for the last 12 months. I would have loved to dive in this round but I took a leap of faith in 2020 and left my corporate career to open a business I had dreamed about for years! I was turning 40 and thought, if not now, then when!?! That coupled with our eldest at university and the costs associated with that, money is tight. Ironic I know! As MBA would most likely be the ticket for me to escape that financial pressure. I love how you share so openly but even more, love how you have so much abundance in terms of money and you choose to be a mum first and foremost, choosing not to use a wet nurse (not that there is anything wrong with using one) but I love this and the life you are creating with Brennan and Orion. It shows that family is your number one value and that is something we share. My oldest will turn 21 this year. She's away at college. I used to brush it off when people would say it goes by quickly but you have no idea. I remember this newborn phase like it was yesterday. I just finished the It's Already Yours workshop and as a fellow business owner and fellow new mum (15 month old here), it was so refreshing to find an approach to manifestation that helps me to understand how to get clear on my vision for not just my business but also for my family and our future together, and my logical mind loves that it's rooted in science and research.
