I got a new improved Mey😮er Lemon, yesterday. I repotted it with citrus potting soil. I repotted it in a pot just a little bigger than the growers pot it was in. I repotted it because the root ball was a little loose in the pot it came in. I added a little organic fert to the bottom of the pot. It was an organic 3-4-4 plus 5%calcium and 1% MG. I only added a couple of TBS of fert to the new container. I watered it throughly. What do you think? Didn’t screwdriver up?

All the leaves are gone. It has 2 lemons growing. I pruned back dead stems. The bark is fully exposed to full sun. Should I cover the trunk? I read that the bark is very sensitive to light. Thx

All the stalk leaves fell off except for about five leaves left on the tip of the branches. We thought about topping the plant but i dont want to take all the leaves away. We bought it last summer. It currently has two lemons growing. So we are troubleshooting now. What can we do to improve the plant.

id take off the lemons if they are young so the plant can focus on growing leaves or roots instead.

Hi there! In extreme conditions, yes, you will either want to bring your citrus indoors temporarily or put it in a covered area outdoors if you live in a zone that is warm enough. But for regular wind, it will actually strengthen your citrus plant over time.

You might want to look at the camera instead of yourself on the monitor
